Il servizio post-vendita è davvero scadente. Rinnovare i servizi è veramente noioso e complicato. Non esiste un sistema di rinnovo automatico dei servizi.
Mi è scaduto un servizio perché non riuscivo a rinnovarlo, qualche giorno prima ho provato a contattarli e non mi hanno nemmeno risposto. Il servizio è scaduto e ciò ha causato disservizio ai miei clienti. Evitateli, vi farete un favore.

Iv used OVH, SYS and Kimsufi on and off for years. I can sadly say it has NEVER taken them a week to confirm my IDs for "security" this seems to be a thing with Kimsufi and SYS in particular there customer service is almost nonexistent. There cheap thats about all the good i can say. There servers are outdated, the networks not whats advertised. They use custom kernels and dont provide the kernels (trust me at some point this becomes a bigger and bigger issue)
And then the customer service has just disappeared completely.

This really scam. I ordered a dedicated server from here. They did not process, did not reply or feedback and did not refund!!!
Please dont buy server at here.

I have a dedicated server starting from March, at the end of the dedicated server, the service does not want to be renewed using a prepaid balance I don't know why when I try to renew my prepaid balance it doesn't even decrease my prepaid balance and my dedicated status is suspended. So from that I decided to buy a VPS hurriedly and it was around $ 71 and the purchase was successful using the prepaid balance, and I have the remaining prepaid around $ 24.01 then I also decided to delete Dedicated service from the manager and I think clearly there is no problem whatsoever. But when April 2, 2021, I got charged and all my prepaid balance ran out. I HOPE CAN BE REFUND.

please dont buy from soyoustart.
they dont reply within 24hrs.
they reply after 3-4 day.
and server suspend without reson.

service client incompétent , j'ai passé deux commandes, on m' a demandé les documents de vérification qui ont été envoyés depuis 10 jours pour la deuxième commande 2 semaines pour la première, la seule réponse que j'ai est que ma demande est en cours de traitement, sans aucun délai annoncé, vous ne pouvez pas joindre le service facturation, vous ne pouvez pas parlé à un responsable

Client fidèle depuis des années, Soyoustart à mis à jour son moyen de paiement qui dysfonctionnement.

J'ai passé 5 jours à rentrer tous mes identifiants de CB (les même que précédemment), le site me disant que tout est en ordre pour me dire 24 heurs plus tard que système de paiement (nouveau) n'a pas réussi à les traiter.

Aucun retour du support, le serveur a par contre été désactivé pour faute de paiement, les services et données sont inaccessibles.

Fuyez Soyoustart et OVH qui n'ont aucune considération ni professionnalisme pour ses clients

Je suis client depuis 2016.
Les serveurs ont de très bon, des promos régulières, livraison rapide, un bon choix, serveur de qualité et fiable. Intervention technique rapide, prix attractif et un lot d'ip à un bon prix. Le produit est bon par contre faut pas avoir besoin du service client, là, c'est inexistant, c'est dommage, cela coule le produit.

Achat d'un serveur et plus de 24 heures sans aucun retour. Vérification anti-fraude complètement inutile. Ne perdez pas votre temps et aller ailleur. OVH est le seul fournisseur qui vous demande une pièce d'identité pour activer un serveur et CECI EST ILLÉGAL PARTOUT DANS LE MONDE. SEUL LE GOUVERNEMENT OU UNE BANQUE PEUT VOUS DEMANDER CE GENRE D'INFORMATION.

J'ai commandé un serveur qui était censé être livré en 120secondes rien après 3 jours, par la suite on me contact pour envoyé des papiers d'identités ce que j'ai fait et répondu à leur mail dans la journée, par la suite aucune réponse de leur part, on essaie de contacté le support téléphonique, qui n'aide pas est qui envoie boullé, on nous dit que le lendemain cela sera traité toujours rien, on essaie d'effectué une demande de remboursement par le moyen de paiement initial, un délais de 1 mois,

C'est juste ce moquez des clients, et après on s'étonne de plus vouloir faire confiance au société français.

Cpu is oke for more games.
But why in the hell would youbuse 1333 mhz ram... That is the worst decision ever.. seeing seeing 2400 is like the same buy in price. Your just bottle necking your own system...

I was using soyoustart for 5 years. They suspended my server 1 minute after getting an abuse claim. There isn't even any name on it. They also send me abuse claim for an IP which I am not using at all. I created a ticket and asked refund for rest of the service because I can not use it anymore, they just closed the ticket without any answer! Stay away from this company. Terrible support and steals your money.

They have good anti-ddos for game obviously its from ovh that's why, support are same as ovh no complain but when a dedicated game server is saying abuse for port scanning or network attack on my ip and the port that its obviously public rust server " We have evidence that a network scan (or network attack) was carried out on a server belonging to a client of ours, from an IP address under your responsibility." don't trust this one.

Chez Soyoustart depuis quelques années, j'ai déjà changé de serveur 2 fois pour mes besoins.
Mon expérience est bonne.

Productos muy buenos, facilidad de contratación, precios muy competitivos, buena conectividad y mucha fiabilidad. Uno se imagina que el servicio técnico debe ser lento e ineficiente. Todo al contrario, se me colgó un servidor por una sobrecarga (no es culpa de ellos) y en seguida me lo solucionaron. Además monitorizan continuamente los servidores. Realmente sorprendido. Eso sí, no pagas para que gestionen tu servidor a nivel interno, no esperes soluciones ajenas a lo contratado.

I don't understand all the reviews complaining about a lack of support. It's not managed hosting and if your server fails to meet their SLAs then claim it back as a credit.

I've always been pleased with SYS / OVH and will continue to use them. Been with them for all my dedicated server needs in the last 7 years. Only bad thing I think I can say is that if you buy the server and they flag your payment as suspicious then the advertised 180 seconds setup time isn't going to happen and you will have to wait until office hours for it to be set up.

Chez Soyoustart depuis 2014, je ne rencontre aucun problème. J'ai maintenant plusieurs serveurs dont un qui tourne depuis plus de 2 ans sans interventions et qui héberge une cinquantaine de sites web, dont certains sont particulièrement "bourins"ou encore des prestashop.

Serveurs HS (43 interventions!) réseau complètement pourrit pas de support, vous résiliez via CP il vous demandent de payer! ZERO! C'est tout, je suis alle chez les Allemands, chez mr H. et la, miracle technicien réponde de suite serveurs plantent jamais et reseau es si rapide ... BY BY les frenchies!

Bonjour, cela fait 2 mois que je suis la-bas et aucun Down, service client réactif, j'ai un dédié 64 Gb de ram avec plusieurs clients dessus, aucun problème dessus

The servers aren't bad, they are well priced and work well but the sales/commercial department has a lot to learn about customer relations. They talk a lot about "commercial gestures" and how they think they are doing you a favour but they don't really want to help you.

I'm trying to get them to transfer money paid for existing servers onto new servers, basically trying to be loyal but they are making things so complicated because their new pricing structure means the same category of server is slightly cheaper and they don't let you transfer credit to "cheaper servers". We are talking about 2.01€ !!! Surely its in their interest for me to accept a loss of 2€ a month on money paid in advance.
