Efficient, friendly service.

Everyone was brilliant from my enquiry right up until moving in. I was a first time buyer and was going through this process on my own and they made it incredibly easy.

I would 100% recommend them!

AVOID! Honestly if there is one decision you make today, avoid this company!

They wanted to charge us nearly £2K to move a small 1-bed flat 6-minute drive down the road!! Extremely extremely extremely overpriced!!!! We also felt very uncomfortable with the bad customer service, they made us communicate everything through WhatsApp on the admin's personal number, completely breaking GDPR.

We approached South London Movers to give us a quote to help us move 1.3 miles down the road (a 6-minute drive). We had just bought our first-ever home and as neither of us drive and we wanted to splash out a little bit we decided to get a removal company. We expected the move to cost between £500 and £1000.

We don't have a lot of stuff as we live in a small 1 bed flat. When we moved in over a year ago the whole contents of the flat fitting into a large transit van and we haven't purchased anything bigger than a book since moving in.

To move us a 6-minute drive down the road they wanted £1936... at this point, we had approached 4 other movers all quoting between £150 - £360. Due to their high rankings, we wanted to go with them, so we queried the price and asked them to break down the quote. They refused to do so and just told us good luck with our move. Honestly we were shocked.

The team went above and beyond to help me on the day of the move. I couldn’t have asked for a more responsive and calm approach to the stresses of move day. I was quite unprepared and south London movers made the whole experience feel manageable and even fun!

South London Movers were excellent throughout. We found both the administrative staff and the movers on the day to be extremely flexible and solution focussed, exactly what you'd hope for when undertaking a move. Not the cheapest option but you get what you pay for and they are worth their price.

Highly recommended, super professional and good value. Great team and were super efficient and very friendly too. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Good people from start to finish - Cassie took the time to call and email me unlike several other firms: Chris was diligence and politeness personified and organised his team expertly. he even disassembled furniture and glued bits of my broken chair together while he was at it. The guys were efficient and friendly and what could have been stressful simply wasn't.

These guys who moved me in to my new Catford 5th floor flat (Sept 26) were amazing, there was a major delay with the people moving out but Leo and Bob stayed calm and couldn’t have been more reassuring. We hired South London Movers to do our home removal based on their ability to move back garden items. We planned to move a greenhouse and a number of large and very heavy potted outdoor plants. I was personally worried it would be difficult for us to find a company interested in moving these bulky, fragile items.

South London Movers were happy to help. They came by to do an estimate, and I was surprised by how reasonably priced it was.

They moved our disassembled greenhouse expertly, not damaging a single pane of glass. It's now fully reassembled and looks as good as it did at the old property. I greatly recommend this company for complex removals!
