Now I understand why they have 3 stars and not one person gave them 5 stars. Anytime you call a business and say hello, I would like to make an appointment to come by for a short visit just to hand you money, and they never respond back...run from that place! If you cant get a business to respond when your at that stage, imagine needing information about, oh I don't know, let's say you have cancer, you will never get results from this lazy, incompetent place!!! No one chooses to see a place like this so to have such a bad communication issue is simply ridiculous!! And get this, so they are such an awful run business, they have 3 locations and i left messages at all 3 and NONE call back ever! I would suggest staying far away from this place!!!!

Thank you for your response and for the clarification. I appreciate the opportunity to correct my review so there is no misunderstanding regarding which provider performed each part of my treatment.

The implant procedure for tooth #20 was performed by South Florida Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center. My concerns regarding the recurring crown problem relate to the restorative dental treatment that followed. I am not stating that your practice placed, adjusted, or repaired the crown.

Because the crown has repeatedly become loose and presented problems, I have sought opinions from other dental professionals. During those consultations, I was verbally advised that the implant placed for tooth #20 may have a size or configuration more commonly associated with a larger molar tooth. I was further advised that this could potentially contribute to difficulty obtaining a properly fitting and stable crown.

I understand that these were verbal professional opinions and that any definitive determination would require appropriate clinical evaluation and imaging.

My intention in the original review was to accurately document my experience as a patient and my frustration with having the crown repeatedly become loose or fail despite multiple attempts to correct the problem.

I appreciate the care provided by South Florida Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Center during the implant procedure. I also appreciate your response, which gave me the opportunity to clarify the record and distinguish the implant procedure from the subsequent crown/restorative treatment.
