Very helpful receptionist who guided me to correct type of appointment for my concerns. Dr Luna was extremely thorough in her examination and addressed and treated the areas of concern immediately during my consultation which was excellent.

'Let South Face do your worrying for you!'
I have been a patient at 'South Face' for over 16 years. I recently had a 'full body' inspection. I usually see Dr Robertshaw annually & Nurse Amanda on occasions. Years ago Dr Robertshaw identified a skin issue which could have been fatal. I am therefore very grateful to her and this practice. I like the notion of allowing them to do my worrying for me. This clinic is outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone concerned about skin issues.

Professional and caring

First class medical treatment, clerical side disappointing
First class medical treatment, but on the clerical side disappointing. Sent a picture of my surgery one week after having it done asking if it looked OK, no response.
After 3 weeks left a phone message enquiring if my results were back, no response, so next day went to the clinic and asked, but was informed results were in and within an hour results were in my 'in box'.

Excellent all round experience
Clinic is easy to find and easy parking onsite. Check in and waiting area good. Dr Luna was very friendly and approachable. She not only checked the lesion I had been referred for, but also checked generally for any other area that may be of concern. Her written report for the GP and me was very detailed and thorough. Definitely a 5☆ experience.

I had some cancer concerns with my skin so I booked a Nurse appointment with Nikki. She performed a full skin check and was able to reassure me that all was well. She suggested some cleaning and moisturising routines which will help my skin over the long term. Very friendly, professional and communicated fully while undertaking the skin examination. Recommended

Very professional and caring clinic
attended Southface Dermatology initially for a suspected Melonoma. I have now been to the clinic four times, and have been seen by Dr Adam Fityan for my first appointment, then Dr Julia Martin to have the mole removed, stitches removed by nurse Amanda Capriani , and another consultation to discuss the results with Dr Liliana Luna. Everybody I have seen including the reception staff have been very professional, kind, caring and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Southface Dermatology

Swift and efficient service
After my initial consultation I returned to have a lesion removed from my back. this was done painlessly and efficiently by Dr. Luna. I returned a fortnight later for the sutures to be removed and received confirmation that the lesion had been completely excised. A swift and efficient service by all of those involved in my treatment.
