After looking far and wide for an SBA product that would help me consolidate outstanding short term loans and reduce my debt service, South End Capital was finally able to get the job done. It required a lot of paperwork - but I now have a loan that cut my monthly payments by over 80%. Before the closing a few unexpected issues arose that threatened the deal. Rich hopped in and worked tirelessly to get the deal closed. He had exceptional follow-up and communications skills. Should I need business financing in the future South End would be stop one (and I have worked with many others previously). They were honest and delivered just what they promised.

Great Expeirence at South End Capital !
Myron and his underwriting team were the most responsive, prompt and detailed that I have ever dealt with in my 40 years in business lending. I would recommend them to every business that has any financial needs regarding loans. I will always work with them as my lender and tell all of my friends and associates about them.

Great Account Executive for me
When I started doing commercial loans, I didn't have a go to guy. I was fumbling around with few companies and didn't feel like I was included in the mix. When David became my account executive, he gave my deals the attention I thought was needed. He took time out of his schedule to enlighten me on things that would make me a better broker. I appreciate feedback he gives and the timely manner he answers my questions and concerns. Great guy.

Great service and loan products
These people are really good at what they do and their whole process is very buttoned down. I have recommended them to a number of people because I know that if South End can make financing possible, they absolutely will. They have products I've never seen anywhere else.
