Responsive Customer Service

Made a mistake keying in my email and reached out to the company via "contact us". I received timely responses and was able to figure out what happened with CS to get the confirmation email.

Fast delivery- great discreet packaging.

Ordered the puffco peak because of the price point and south beach vapes did not disappoint. Was a good price and arrived a day early with no issues. Charging it now and getting to load it up! Thank you South Beach!

Quick shipping great communication

Quick shipping. Very excited to use my vape. I sent then a message just to express gratitude and they replied extremely fast and even provided tracking numbers lol.

Price point was amazing which was what got me on their site , to the extent that I purchase both my portable (solo 2) and desktop (xq2) not for convenience but because they really were the cheapest , it was a simple transaction , and I received my product

Will be buying from them again if need be.

Shipped and delivered fast

Shipped and delivered fast everything was in great shape.The Frosted Glass Aroma Tube is a great addition. Wish they sent more with the order. The 26650 batteries are kind of hard to find.
