Really poor service. They don't answer emails, and the shipment hasn't even been sent yet. I do not recommend this service. It was a mistake to order anything from there.

I asked AI to look through my emails and submit an unbiased review based on my email history because I simply no longer have patience for them.

I ordered a turntable with in-built phono preamp on 4 February 2026. That order was cancelled in March after many weeks of delays with no clear delivery date. A replacement order was placed for a different turntable, along with a separate phono preamp (needed because the replacement turntable didn't include one). This replacement order didn't ship until early May — a further delay after an already-delayed original order.

Throughout this process I followed up on at least 10 separate occasions (mid-February, early March, mid-March, April, and again through May and June) to get updates, often going long stretches without a response.

When the replacement order arrived in May, I discarded the phono preamp's packaging as normal, since the amp itself was fine. The turntable, however, turned out to be damaged. Soundium required the defective turntable to be shipped back before a replacement could be sent, and the DPD collection failed repeatedly, needing to be rescheduled multiple times over the course of a month (late May to late June). Further emails chasing status throughout.
With the turntable now unusable, I no longer need the phono preamp either. However, Soundium has declined to accept its return, citing their policy on original packaging — packaging that was discarded upon receipt, before any issue with the turntable had arisen. Soundium offer no flexibility considering their multiple failures on numerous fronts.

More than five months after the original order, the situation remains unresolved.

They really delaying so much items right now!
It is already one month since I ordered from there my item, but they still not answer me anything, no respond via email or via chat.It is really bad customer experience!

I ordered headphones 3 weeks ago. The estimated delivery time was stated as 5–7 business days, yet the customer is completely left in the dark with zero information about the order status.

I called the first time — they promised to check the situation and call me back, but they never did. The next day they said the headphones would arrive the following week. I called again the next week — same story: they promised to call back, but never did.

On top of that, they even started lecturing me about how their suppliers keep making promises to them as well, as if it’s somehow my fault for placing the order.

Customer service quality: minus 10 points. I still don’t have my headphones.

It's been two months - still haven't gotten my order.

I bought a product one year ago from this side and now I need to claim for warranty and I should pay for the return of the product and that will be around 50€ thats already 1/3 of the price for a new product.
