Hi, Neil, thank you for your positive review, sorry for older dates, we normally roast on order for higher quantities, if you like absolutely fresh roast send us an email or call and we can roast as fresh as possible. We wont’s send coffee older then 6-7 weeks, if not asked for totally fresh roast in smaller quantity. Send us an email for your next order 15% discount.
