Sound Service Arvostelua 

This company took an amplifier from me for repair. When I got it back it was still broken but also they had damaged the control knobs and a switch.
It was sent back to them for repair, for whatever reason it was refused. It is now in Frankfurt and arriving with them for the third time.
They have taken my money and so far have only broken the item further.
Now they are saying that they will not fix it.
Taken my money, broken my property and not fixed the item. They should hacve a zero rating!
AVOID!!!

My trusty Focal SM9s went down mid project but sound service managed to turn around the repair in one day. Used them previous and always had great service and communication. Would highly recommend!

My Focal monitors were damaged in a power surge and I took them to Sound service and they fixed them in record time and they were super friendly and responsive through the whole thing. Would definitely recommend

I was given a 150€ cost estimate for repairing a Tech21 Paradriver DI that I can buy new for 250.

Completely out of common sense.

Should I want the broken Paradriver back to my country, I'd have to pay 35€ aprox.

I hope I'll NEVER need this repair service.

I found a seious issue with a brand new ZoomL6 LiveTrak audio mixer and reported this to this company detailing exactly the problem. As they are the appointed Service Agent for zoom products I thought it sensible that they know about this fault. I had minimal response with the exception of a very condescending email assuming that I did not know what I was talking about. After spending further time with more detail, no one had the courtesy to send me a follow up contact. This is not a good look for a service company which is customer facing!

The unit has been returned for the reason that it has a design fault and I doubt anyone new will be interested in this as no one has taken any interest to date. I have purchased to Zoom L6Max instead. I really dont understand how a unit such as the Zoom L6 can have such a basic design fault!!

I did use the email address you have provided initially to report the issue and that is where it all broke down, no one responded to this even though I sent a detailed report of the problem. I did receive a replacement L6 to find it had exactly the same problem. At this point I requested a full refund/return.

Never responded to my emails about a £200 Zoom recording product.
