I was always playing around with a jaw harp lying around in my childhood home. After many years today I played one again, made by Zoltan Szilagy in Hungary. Buying a good quality harp is not an easy task in the UK. I definitely make other purchases from here.
I've attended 1:1, sound baths and online sessions and highly recommend all! The sound baths are such a great way to enjoy some me time and I sleep so soundly afterwards. My 1:1 sessions have been focused on different areas of wellbeing including post illness support and have really helped. Thanks Grainne for such a wonderful service
I have enjoyed sound baths for many years now. During lockdown was my first experience of an online soundbath and it was with grainne. I was skeptical of how well the sound or experience would resonate remotely. I have to say I was suprized how transformative and uplifting an experience it was. Grainne provided a time to look forward to when everything was so challenging and provided a safe space to breath and unwind.
After lockdown I have had several in person soundbaths with grainne. And again have found that she has a great space, pace, tone and manner. She is truly skilled and the experience is always deeply relaxing and transformative.
I can't recommend her enough. If you have never tried sound baths before grainne is the perfect guide for this journey. If you have you will be delighted to be in the hands of such a skilled practitioner.
Unbelievable! This was far more immersive and profound than I’d been expecting. The hour long session felt like an eight hour sleep that left me feeling less anxious, calm, at ease and with a renewed clarity to my often noisy mind! A must-do experience!
If you need and escape from the world then this is it! Grainne delicately guides you by sound to a state of relaxation. At first this was challenging for me living a busy life to allow myself an hour to shut down and truely relax. In my second session fully trusting in Grainne I experienced a deep state of relaxation which has made me go back time and time again. It’s an hour I thoroughly enjoy. It’s good for the mind and the soul! Her venues are all perfect to take you to an area of tranquility. I can’t recommend enough!!!

I have attended soundbaths and had one to one sessions with Grainne and I can’t recommend them more highly. The soundbaths are like doing an hour of deep meditation without trying, and the one to one sessions were transformative at a time of real difficulty in my life. Incredibly powerful stuff and much needed in today’s busy, stressed out way of life!
