Great product!
I really like the product. It is very versatile and fits in shoes which will not take ordinary orthotics (eg sandals etc). My order was delivered very quickly. Very impressed.

Hi Jim! We are sorry to hear that our insoles are not feeling like enough support for you. They actually do not compress over time - but it's possible that you need a larger/thicker size. We've sent you an email - please let us know and we will be happy to send you a larger size to try out. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - so if you prefer to return them for a refund, we are happy to help you with that. Looking forward to hearing back from you. We want to make sure you have a positive experience with our company and our products. info@soulinsole.com
Great Product - Better than custom Orthotics.
Great Product, have had custom orthotics for my feet in past, they cost $$$ but these work just as well if not better for a fraction of the cost $$. have in all my shoes.

This is what we love to hear!! Thanks for making our day :) We appreciate your business and we are so happy that our insoles are making a difference for you!
They keep their promise!
I ordered a pair of the insoles for my husband who has plantar fasciitis as well and heel bone spurs.
He tried them and determined that he was partial to the orthotics that he is used to wearing so I contacted the company regarding a refund.
After sending back my order to the company, the refund was credited back to my account, quickly and effortlessly.
Nice to work with an upstanding company that holds up to their word of 100% refund policy.
Sorry the orthotics didn't work out, but definitely happy with the company overall!

Sorry that the insoles didn't work out for your husband, but we are glad that we were able to provide a positive experience for you regardless! Take care!
Amazing, affordable and superior quality insoles!!
I have placed a few orders with Soul Insole over the past 18 months and I must say, I truly love the products! I have absolutely FLAT feet and have always had issues with pain and discomfort working long hours as I work in healthcare. I have had orthotics made professionally for me and they were so uncomfortable, I never wore them! the made my feet supinate in an exaggerated fashion that my feet would always slide down/off the shoe!! Ridiculous and expensive! I have plantar fasciatis and have had for years that my feet felt like they were on fire with knives sticking through them and up my legs and I was very young at that time! Once I found your website and decided to order some of your insoles, they literally changed my life! I was able to place them into different shoes and boots that I wore and I no longer had sore feet, knees and hips afterwards! I still get some pain but not to this extent! I also ordered the toe spreaders and love them however, I now know to use them in wider shoes so that I can wear them out of the house as well! I LOVE your products and so does my husband and son (who also has very flat feet and he wears them in all of his shoes as well!!). Thank-you for ongoing fabulous customer service and awesome, affordable products! PLease do not ever change!!

A Must Have for me
Super fast service & delivery. This is my second set. I have an excessively high instep and any shoe - no matter how expensive - just kills my feet and back. I wouldn’t be without these!

Hi Candice,
We are sorry to hear that these insoles were not the right fit for you! We understand that everyone's feet are different and can have different needs, so we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Do you mind if we ask a few questions and try to help out?
Firstly, what is your shoe size? There's a chance you may need a smaller size or a different type of support if these are uncomfortable. If you are possibly on the smaller end of the size range, if your shoes may have some existing support/are narrow in the midfoot region (boots tend to be), or if your arches are lower and more sensitive to support, it is likely that you will prefer to choose 1 size smaller or our thinner version (The Shoe Bubble Pro-Lite). Also, maybe you have a different foot ailment all together that is calling for a different type of support. We would love to help guide you if you're open to that!
Please let us know a little more about what's going on with your feet if you're interested in some help and guidance over the phone or here by email. Our phone number is: 619-746-7256. If we can learn more about your needs, and we figure out that there was a different product that could help you, we can offer an exchange. If you prefer to just return them for a refund, that's totally fine and we will help you with that right away. We are a small company and we deeply care about making sure that each of our customers has a positive experience with our company and our products. We hope that you will give us a chance to turn your negative experience into a positive one. Looking forward to hearing back from you.
