this company has taken my money and hasn’t delivered my bracelet. Although they promised to refund money they still haven’t done it

I absolutely love the jewellery from Soul Analyse, I love the meaning behind it and how personal each purchase is. I have a few more pieces I will be ordering but the latest one was for my friend, she absolutely loved it. The chain and the meaning of it was beautiful.

Fabulous jewellery great prices and on time delivery… the buy 2 get one free is a really good deal and have bought for my friends as presents and they love them too!

I have ordered some things from Soul Analyse on a couple of occasions, and have found them to be efficient in sending my order and the pieces that I have ordered I have been very pleased with, lovely jewellery, true to the pictures, and good value for money. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

I love how unique and personalised each piece of jewellery is. I am in recovery, so seeing jewellery with the serenity prayer, and words like 'one day at a time', 'this too shall pass', and other positive affirmations really stood out to me, and made me want to buy them. I have worn the items each day since receiving them, and I would highly recommend these items of jewellery to anyone who loves meaningful things like this. 💕

Unfortunately this time Soul Analyse have let me down. Have not received my order after almost a month. Contacted them and initially they replied stating they had been unusually busy but assured me my item was now being dispatched and it would arrive in the next few days. I have still not received my order and any further contact I have made about this issue through replying to their original email and again through their enquiries page have been ignored.
Since writing this review (and it being read by the company) I have now been contacted by them. The situation was explained as being an issue with a particular batch of orders being lost in transit somewhere throughout the dispatch process. Soul Analyse have now sent me a replacement of the original order and a mystery bundle as gesture of goodwill. To be fair to them, and the fact I have used them before and never been let down or disappointed, I would like to retract that I would not be willing to use this company again and thank them for the apology and the goodwill gesture. I don't think I could ask for fairer than that!!

This company has been amazing over the last few weeks - namely Gemma.
My first order sent was incorrect so she rectified it by sending out additional items. These items were subsequently lost in the post but have now turned up after contact with Royal Mail. Gemma was excellent in keeping in touch with me and the items I received are beautiful. Has been a journey but we got there and can only thank Gemma and the company for this.

The jewellery i have recieved is fabulous!! I love it!! I am just about to make my 3rd order as i bought for presents for my friends and loved it so much i kept for myself!!! The service is great,personalised and delivery fast!!!

I ordered three of the spinner necklaces for friends going through a bad time. I was absolutely blown away when I received them. They are absolutely stunning, I liked them so much I ordered another three. One for me and the other two to give away.
Customer service is amazing and the delivery is quick. And most importantly for me the company is based in UK.

My husband brought me a necklace (let them and you've got this spinning necklace. My son accidently broke it last week, I was gutted because I love it so much.
My husband contacted Gemma from Soul Analyse and she sent me a new necklace, along with a beautiful bracelet with "I am safe" thank you so much. Top quality service. I'll def be ordering more from them. The quality is amazing, and quick delivery too.

This was my second order -and they are beautiful pieces. The £20 sale, plus 3 for 2, is just great. I ordered my first mystery box and I was blown away by what was included, especially at the £20 cost. Keep doing what you are doing and you will have a long standing customer in me ☺️

The jewellery is amazing,unique and very good value for money. I bought a special necklace for my step-daughter for her birthday and she was so happy with it. I also bought the mystery box which is great too. I will be gifting this to family and friends. I would definitely recommend Soul Analyse. Also delivery was quick and the gift box was lovely too.

Very quick and easy to order, delivered within the time given. Lovely necklace in a very nice presentation box with extra pouch so if buying for a gift your wrapping is already done.

The quality of these necklaces is incredibly poor. The chain is so thin and fragile that mine snapped after just two days of normal wear, and the paper-thin pendant is now lost. Worse still, their customer service completely ignores you if you try to contact them about a faulty item. I have sent an email and a DM with my order number this week and have been completely ignored. Absolutely shocking customer care. Please promptly follow-up on my order #387476!

I love the jewellery, wear it 24/7 365 and it’s never tarnished or lost its shine. Also hasn’t left me with green marks on my neck, wrist or fingers. I will definitely be ordering from them again.
