My package arrived after a long dispute and the order is cheap tat. The paulo santo stick are cheap rubbish the paulo santo incense is NOT Paulo Santo…. Just regular incense . The bowl is horrific definitely not hand made something you could buy in the pound shop. This Business is a real con advertising as an artisan company on website it all dropped shipped from China DO NOT buy if you want quality far too expensive for the lack of quality….. never again. Well done though Soulscape good con ya got me and thousand of others no doubt. 🤨

I purchased the palo santo sticks in Feb. A month later there was still no sign of the products. Upon chasing they were apparently held up with Royal Mail. I must admit, the palo santo sticks don’t burn, they smell awful and make so much smoke. This is a scam company and I would not recommend them.

Order took 3 weeks to deliver interstate. In Aus, even the 2 week delivery window interstate is way too long considering how fast all other suppliers ship. The cream incense holder I purchased doesn’t work for the first 15mins of burning, the ashes fall on the sides as it’s not big enough/hole isn’t drilled on a high enough angle.

Seriously disappointed. I paid $93 a cheap Palo santo holder and 5 FIVE small wood sticks. Complete rip off.
The wood burns for not even 1 minute and smells terrible. Do not waste your money!!!!

I can’t believe I fell for this one too - I’m usually so careful and can see a scam company a mile off but this one seemed so authentic. Yet after a month, my order still hasn’t been dispatched and it says 1-3 days! Nothing the other reviews I now realise it’s fraudulent - do not purchase!! Positive reviews just be fake!

Scam company, drop-ship items of extremely poor quality for extortionate prices! Items appear used and way cheaper than the price tag, furthermore arrived after 21 days, completely missing the anniversary that it was purchased to celebrate.

The Palo Santo sticks DON’T work as advised and everything in general looks, feels and performs sub par - especially when considering the price tag!

Customer service is responsive, but they know what they’re doing and they’ll try and scam you out of refunds or returns with questionable return policies. However, stick to your guns and do your research, because they can’t enforce their own return policies, as they don’t overrule your statutory rights in the UK!

On receipt of the item, it has a London based address, however on returning the items, they have to go back to Latvia…! Costing a staggering £15 for returns… But on principle, I’ll take the hit.

They’ll make it extremely difficult for you to complain and return items, but don’t be deterred.

However, if you’ve come here prior to purchase, JUST AVOID IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Do not waste your money the product I ordered does not work despite following step by step instructions, family and friends have tried the most smoke we get is 22 seconds and that’s just a trickle nothing like they advertised. Iv asked 12 times for a return and refund, each is ignored. Terrible company just want your money totally opposite to what they advertised. Disgusting company. Please be aware . Since soul scale saw my review they have offered a partial refund this is no good to me as all the product is useless and why would I want to be left with just a burner ? Yet again my messages have been ignored. I’d love to respond on here and say iv got a full refund but sadly can’t see it happening. Since other members of my family helped buy the product there will soon be more reviews on here about it .

Ordered this product Company said it was delivered. It was never delivered. Send an email asking for proof of delivery will not send me proof of delivery and is no longer answering my emails.

This company is not what they claim to be. They are not local, they are not personable, they’re hardly real. They resell cheap Chinese made pottery out of Latvia at an extremely premium. Meanwhile lying out being local and giving you fake names and people to make it feel like a small little start up. These types of companies should be made illegal for misrepresenting themselves and making fake claims about the authenticity of their products. If you want cheap Chinese pottery, get it on Amazon for half the price and it’ll at least arrive inside this millennium. Luckily I had AMEX cancel my order before they shipped it out

Dreadful..waited ages for the delivery, then to my disgust found identical “hand made ceramic holders” for half the price on amazon (groan) as well as their palo santo sticks also half the price. The sticks dont burn well at all and you are lucky if you get a minute of smell from the incense..definitely not worth bothering about i am annoyed i fell for this

I placed an order for a friend's birthday gift, but the products will not arrive on time. Stephanie confirmed the order was shipped and gave me a tracking number, but when I checked, there were no details about the sender or shipment records. I've been told it may take up to 15 days to receive my products. This is unacceptable and not what was stated upon ordering.
I'm very disappointed with Soal Scape and advise buyers to be cautious.

I’m in Melbourne and this website claims their products are “proudly from Australia,” so I wanted to check if they’re legit before sharing them with my customers. I run an online curated shop and noticed their photos look very similar to listings on Temu and Amazon

The burner they supplied was okay but expensive for what it is. The burning Palo Santo wood are RUBBISH. Did not smell like it should and only would keep smouldering for about a minute. The smell of the sticks is very resin based? chemical smell

I ordered products for friends and family as gifts for Christmas. Unfortunately they did not arrive in the suggested timeframes which was hugely disappointing BUT when I reached out Stephanie offered a full refund and due to the situation advised that I also keep the products by way of a goodwill gesture. Stars are for great customer service 😁

Soulscape (SIA B Aesthetic, Latvia) is a deceptive dropshipping scheme. They use stolen imagery from Temu/AliExpress and AI-manipulated content to sell mass-produced items at a 300% markup while claiming they are 'handmade' in Canada and 'boutique.' Their "About Us" section is a complete fabrication which steals and repurposes images from other legitimate vendors to lend credibility.

I ordered on Nov 25th for a Christmas gift; it took 22 days just to reach a domestic hub because it was shipped from China. They use dynamic IP-spoofing to lie about their location and AI-bots (Stephanie) to give fake tracking updates. I have filed a formal report with the Competition Bureau of Canada as well as Shopify.

Avoid at all costs!

Drop shipping company, please avoid, not shipped from Scotland as stated on the website, order took a month to arrive

Item arrived today and now I understand why it takes so long (over 2 weeks to ship within Australia)... they might like to remove the blatantly obvious Chinese stickers from the items before they drop-ship them. Shame on you for trying to pass this off as an authentic company.
Save your money and buy elsewhere.
