My landlord used Chardonnee Cunningham when he sold our unit. She gave us hardly any notice when someone was going to tour or a that an inspection was going to happen. In fact, we found out from our upstairs neighbor that they were coming through. Chardonnee simply forgot to inform us. She also told us that we needed to leave our apartment that we legally pay for for 2 hours during an open house so she could make money. She would also move things in our home without permission. Her attitude was forget the people that live there…where’s my commission. Tenants beware: She’ll move your stuff, show up unannounced, and make your life hell.

Jag hörde av mig till Sothebys, som hanterade ärendet otroligt oseriöst och svarade inte.
Fick mig som säljare att känna mig skyldig.
Otroligt oseriös hantering av försäljning av min bostad. Mäklare som inte hörde av sig utan jag fick höra av mig för att kolla läget och höll endast i en visning under 6 veckor och gjorde ingenting.
Jag kommer att fortsätta och göra en anmälan, då de har fått mäklaren att lida och gett dålig rådgivning.

Seller/buyer and agents beware! Unethical, unprofessional, and unsavory practices. The listing had a deadline stating “best and final offers to be provided” Colleen Burt accepted offers after the deadline she posted and used it to manipulate the offers to the benefit of herself. We provided a cash offer, which was the highest and accepted offer that she then used it to manipulate a higher offer from a buyer she was representing for a sale that she was also the listing agent.

This company obviously does not know how to hire realtors with good values. I recognized and witnessed Cynthia Mattiza cursing out the pharmacy staff at Walgreens. She repeated the F word several times and continued to tell them they didn’t know what they were doing. She clearly lacks professionalism. I felt so bad for the pharmacy staff to have to listen to someone belittle them. Please do not do business with her. And to make things even worse, she left by saying, “I don’t have time for this, I need to pick up my kids.”

I’ve called the office multiple times to get hold of Marco Chiapetta, never returned my calls until now. Reception keeps saying we’ll pass the message but no one calls back. Poor service.

Sotheby's International Realty TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

They had my mother's property for sale for two years and NEVER took one potential customer/client. It was just a lost of our time. Will not recommend them.

Eight years ago we sold a home we loved. Now Sotheby's Realty is listing it again, using OUR paid-for photos (eight years old!) and mis-marketing the price of the sale then by over $100k. It's so unethical.

I recently had a very pleasant experience listing and selling my home through Sotheby's international with agent Jodi Hanson. Jodi came into the listing agreement recommending a sales price 25% higher than other agents that I had contacted. She had an excellent marketing approach and sold the property in 18 hours for 6.6% higher than the listing price. She came to the table with qualified buyers in hand and I can’t say enough in praise of her and the experience with Sotheby’s. I know it is a hot market in Southwest Florida but I had other agents from one of the major real estate companies in the country who could not produce one offer in 10 months just five months before signing with Sotheby’s . I highly recommend them and Jodi Hanson she produced as promised.

The top boss of Sotheby's International Realty, Olivia Hsu Decker, said she was going to steal my home in Belvedere, CA. I overheard her tell her sister, Angela Chen, who lives next door to me. Olivia told her, "I'm going to steal Melanie's house." This woman has been trying to steal my home by having her lackey, David Gilbert, undersell one of my homes. David Gilbert published a fraudulent MLS document saying Sotheby's purchased my multi-millionaire dollar home in 2014 for $650K. I live next door to a house that sold for $49 million dollars. No one can get a garage that cost $650K in Belvedere. Do not ever trust Ms. Olivia Hsu Decker. She has stolen many homes across the world. People have committed suicide. She is a greedy, damaged, and illegal realtor whose real estate license should be revoked. I have not found a site that allows me to write a review. I am glad I found TrustPilot.

We used the local branch in Tri Cities Wa _ Retter & Company Sotheby's International realty - when we wanted to sell our house and find a new home. That turned in to a 3 months nightmare.
That has been the worst experience ever - once we signed on the agent appeared to loose interest, was unorganized, lacked knowledge, constantly wrote our surname, adress, city, zipcode wrong. Time and again I had to tell her to put the correct facts in the listing, ask for information etc
She didn't keep her own timelines and finally we gave up on her helping us find a new home and went with another realtor.
When the first sale fell through she didn't relist our house until we specifically told her to. She wanted her friends to get it and she did not look out for our interest at all. That deal fell through because of her lack of knowledge. Luckily one buyer had put in a back-up offer so we sold the house.
This is only a small summary of all the issues, which I'm now writing down and documenting in ordre to send it to the relevant persons. There is a lot!
