Bonus System Designed to Make You Deposit Again to unlock previous wins
My experience with Qzino was extremely frustrating, mainly because of the way the bonus system works.
At most casinos, if you win money from free spins or a bonus, you can continue playing with those winnings and work toward completing the wagering requirements. At Qzino, however, I discovered that bonus funds become practically useless once your real-money balance reaches zero.
Even though I had bonus winnings available, I could not continue wagering them unless I made another deposit. This means that instead of being able to play through the bonus balance I had already earned, I was effectively forced to deposit more money just to keep progressing.
I have never encountered such a player-unfriendly bonus structure before. The rules are unnecessarily complicated and create a situation where players may think they have playable bonus funds, only to realize they need to keep depositing to use them.
What makes this worse is that the system is not intuitive at all. A normal player would reasonably expect bonus winnings to be usable for wagering. Instead, you are met with restrictions that only become apparent after you have already invested time and money.
In my opinion, this is not how a fair or transparent bonus system should work. Bonuses should provide value to players, not create additional barriers that encourage further deposits.
Because of this experience, I would strongly advise players to carefully review all bonus conditions before depositing. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Qzino.
