Trying to contact this company via email is practically impossible order on the 8th got a confirmation email but it wouldn't load the tracking I emailed asking for tracking and got ignored so started chasing them through email and through Facebook only to get an email back on the 15th to say my order has been cancelled as requested even though I never requested a refund email back to ask why it was cancelled and still received no response

Seeing other reviews now this looks to be a common issue which is disappointing as there products are good when u actually get them

I honestly love this little shop the ladies are fantastic. My orders are always well packaged and arrive quickly. Nothing is too much trouble for these ladies. Look forward to ordering from them again.

Nothing but 5 stars for this company. The little family run business has there customers at the forefront of there mind. I've had many deliveries from them, all arrived we'll packaged, fast delivery from both off there website and tiktok. I would recommend.

Items not shipped for weeks on end, multiple emails sent to them, only ever one response and their attitude about it was unprofessional. Chased them for weeks and in the end only managed to get a refund, no items. Lied to me when I contacted them on their live, told me they sent me an email when they did not, told me they’d ship items when I doubt they did that too, said it was lost by Royal Mail but I didn’t even receive shipping confirmation in the first place. Only reason it isn’t 1 star is because you can still contact them if you get them on a live, just don’t expect them to respond to your emails.
