I purchased PictureEcho in order to help with collating and editing thousands of digital images collected over 15+ years - it was very useful and I am really glad I came across it (I asked ChatGPT to recommend tools to help in collecting 'similar' images and PictureEcho was one of the tools it suggested) - the ability to choose the level similarity was very useful - and it is remarkable fast compared to other tools which offer to sort based on similarity. I had a glitch with the license code but the support team reacted speedily and sorted it out. Recommended product and company.

Great customer service. Resolution of issue was successful. 2 day turnaround time. The product itself is great. I had a license issue and it was easily resolved. My only suggestion for possible improvement would be to have an option to refresh the license myself on their website without having to contact support. I have licenses from other companies for various products that allow me to do so.

I have used CloneChecker before and liked it. I was unsuccessful when I attempted to upgrade my account. Support staff were very attentive and got me back on track. I commend the product and their customer support!

When I ran into trouble, I had a quick turnaround from support regarding my issue, which was the location of the software itself after I purchased it. They responded very quickly, I found it, and I was up and running shortly thereafter

I removed over 3,000 duplicate pictures from my backup. I can run this monthly and remove the duplicates as I add them to my backup. So great to make sure only 1 copy of the picture is being backed up!

Easy File Renamer is a very handy software to have on your PC, thoroughly recommend it for ease of use and customer support.

Well I love the software.
I had a problem with getting it activated and they were on top of it.
I mean I asked questions and they for the most part was right there and on point.

EDIT-LATER I HAD TO ADD THIS: I WAS NOT AWARE THEY WERE GOING TO ASK FOR MONEY FOR THE HELP PROVIDED. I INSTALLED THE PROGRAM, GOT HELP WHILE HE WAS ON MY COMPUTER DELETING DUPLICATES BUT THEN ASKED FOR COMPENSATION. AND I COULDN'T PAY HIM THRU PAYPAL OR ANYTHING. HE ASKED FOR ME TO PURCHASE ANOTHER LICENSE. OK, THEN I GOT SUSPICIOUS. DARN IT. I DON'T LIKE BEING TAKEN! THIS IS THE REVIEW HE ASKED ME TO WRITE AND GUIDED ME THRU::: The representative was very helpful. helped me delete over 25k duplicates and free up memory space! great experience! He was professional, friendly and understood what i was needing!

I had a couple of snags with the program, but their team addressed them and my overall assessment of the program is positive.

This file renamer is amazing. So many configurable options on how to rename. It is intuitive, I never needed to read a help document. It was handy for me as a person who moved from Mac to Windows and needed a way to rename thousands of files at the same time.

Product is terrific as is the customer service. I deleted the sw by mistake and asked for the key to be reactivated...it took less than a day on their side..you cannot ask for better than that with overall customer service being poor...this company stands out!

I don't often write reviews this glowing but this company is one the very few software companies with an active, effective support team that deserves special praise. I purchased the PictureEcho premium product several years ago, but did not get a chance to use it at that time. I recently decided to try again but could not log into my premium product with either of my emails. I contacted their customer support, and in short order they initiated an email thread with me and within a week they found that I had registered my product with a work email I was using extensively at the time of purchase. They sent me the login information which worked first try. I can't thank their team enough for making the whole experience painless. The software is fantastic as well with a powerful yet intuitive interface that does all the work for you, allows user defined levels of similarity and sensitivity. I'll update when I have completed the process, but anyone looking to easily sort through many years of pictures that have ended up backed up on multiple devices and end up with one archive without duplicates should buy this product with confidence their team is ready to help and their software is top notch.
