FAKE. Such a shame it spoilt our Christmas as we thought we were buying something special only to see they were fake and no way of getting a refund.

FAKE ITEMS AND A SCAM. Contacted them, was offered 70 Pounds out of 125.93 spend to option to ship items back at my expense rather than taking that cost on for selling FAKE items. Fake to the point that the head falls off. Made the website look legit

Scam. Package arrived in open damaged box and no Sonny Angel inside. Will try and get my money back from my credit card. Feel like a fool.

Overall, my experience with this website was fairly good. The ordering process was smooth and delivery arrived on time. The product mostly matched the description and was nicely packaged, though the quality could be a bit better for the price. Customer service was friendly, just a little slow to reply. With a few improvements, it could be a great shopping experience.

Ordered a Labubu and received a Nike sports vest from someone called Tony Lam! I’ve emailed to complain three times and requested a refund but still no response received. Wish I had checked and read previous reviews prior to ordering. The website claims 5* reviews which is false. Please do not waste your time or money on this site. Complete scam…AVOID!

Website is a scam - pretends to sell real goods but sells fake sonny angels. Bought a mofusand hipper from them and it came out of the box and sadly wasn’t authentic.

Fuming. Stupidly I didn't check these reviews before ordering some Sonny Angels. As soon as I received my order I was furious to see these were fakes. They look absolutely terrible, the quality is horrendous. AVOID!!!
