The new interface is nice and works well with useful functionality - although historically occasionally downtimes have been a problem. I've been using Sonicbit for several yrs and except for these sporadic outages it provides very good value for the money. The developers continue to add add'l capabilities like convenient links to cloud drives and apps.

I’ve been using various seedbox and torrent management services over the past few years, but Sonicbit has completely redefined the experience for me over these 4 years.

Great if it works, but uptime is a major issue along with major bugs. It seems like half the time I login my seedbox has crashed. Lately, the service is down 2 days a week and the owners haven't acknowledged these issues or moved to fix them.

Furthermore, customer service just deletes tickets you open without even acknowledging them.

Buyer beware. If FyreFest was a cloud storage provider, this would be it.

Malaysia-based provider. The UI looks nice and it’s heavily reliant on AI for troubleshooting and technical support, which brings mixed results.

Upload ratio caps at 10:1 in my current plan. Uploads and download speeds are varied. Unlimited traffic so I guess that’s good?

Actual support is almost non existent. A reply from a support ticket might come in a few days if not at all. Their AppStore is outdated in some apps. Even some apps are not properly configured on their end when their install is completed, so you have to reach to support so they can properly configure them. By the way, you cannot install unlimited apps. They provide a selection of apps you can install. Twenty at the most,

As of today, their dashboard and API are down for the last three days. No statement. No response. Just a Telegram channel where their customers are left waiting for any news. You can access your content via FTP and RPC so if you use it only for file storage it might be fine, but if you use it first the apps and the rest of the functionality that they advertise, you are royally screwed.

It works well and fast even on free trial. But I recommend throwing a few bucks to get the comfort and Cadillac treatment.

Overall, I am very happy with this service.
Some outages and issues happen, but they are resolved by support fairly quickly.

They reached back with my issue. Changed my server to different one. And took proper steps also gave me fair amount of compensation for their service down time.

I really appreciate that but i hope to get better service speed and everything. Hope you grow more. Thanks again.

Absolutely best customer service, When things go wrong the customer service is next to none, people have to remember things can't be fixed over night and they always keep you updated with downtime updates

By far the best service I've used in a long time and won't be changing any time soon as they have won me over with all the updates and features they keep adding

Sonicbit provide a great free service to try out.
There are daily rewards allowing you to try upgrades with frequent promotions for good value

The interface works really well, with the sandbox allowing torrent searches and magnet links

Upgrading give great download speeds and storage capacity and multiple downloads

Customer support is great ad responsive for any issues

Files lost. No customer service. Unreliable portal.

The service has not been working for many months now. It is filled with bugs, outages, and problems. Support is non-existent, ignoring tickets and not fixing issues. I absolutely do not recommend it.

I am user of Sonicbit and I am not happy about it . Bought 350 GB , first few month was ok and after all started , lost data twice , the support is very bad , not helping . very often server is down and after loosing everything ;
I have upgraded, and I thought old subscription is deleted but came out it wasn't, they charged me 3 x times more and support very quite. now I have old subscriptionand they not helping at all , so NO MORE SUBSCRIPTION EVER and Be careful !!
