Cancelled Within One Minute but Still Charged
I placed an order by mistake and contacted the company within one minute of placing it to request its cancellation. Despite notifying them almost immediately, my email was ignored and the order was not cancelled.
The company charged me the full amount, including a £35 delivery fee for a 1 cmx8cm size cream. Nobody ever replied and there was no way to return the order or obtain a refund.
In my experience, the company showed no willingness to help a customer who made an honest mistake, even though I contacted them immediately. The lack of communication was extremely disappointing.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. If you place an order by mistake, do not expect any flexibility or customer support. I found their business practices unfair and highly misleading.
