The ads make it appear it's British but it comes from China. The print on the instruction leaflet is so small you have to use a magnifying glass and the English is poor. The vibration is very noisy. I was eager to give it a try but it's just another Facebook scam.

They authorised the return...to a China address with confirmation item must clear customs. By authorising return they have cleared themselves of a possible visa charge back...very clever!!!!

I ordered a pair of Solva knee massagers because my knees hurt and saw them on Facebook. As so many here have commented, I assumed that as I was ordering from a company with a co uk address that it was coming from the UK. It wasn't it was coming from China and took weeks to arrive. What arrived however was not Solva knee massagers but Fever knee massagers. The controls are not the same as shown on the Facebook advertisement. So far, so poor. But I worked out how to strap them on and sat back to see how it goes. The advert said they turn off automatically after12 minutes. One of mine turns off after 14 minutes. The other one just goes on and on and on but I can turn it off manually.

I'm now 4 days in, the advert said it takes 90 days to work but although they still hurt I have a bit more mobility so, fingers crossed.

Communication with Solva has been poor. I send an email and I get an automated reply and then a day or so later an email which appears to come from Spain. The instructions say that you can get a positioning guide but they didn't have one. It says in the advert that it does warmth, vibration and compression. Warmth and vibration does happen but the only way of compressing seems to be to do the straps up tightly.

I'm going to keep them but I wouldn't recommend this company.

I am glad some customers seem to have had a good experience but sadly my experience was identical to those who have not. I ordered a double pack of the Solva Knee device on 28th August. I was led to believe that this would be dispatched from a UK warehouse within 24 hours. It eventually arrived on 15th September from China taking 20 days for delivery!! The package I received did not match what I was expecting. The box was not branded "Solva" simple Fever Massage Knee Pads. They were similar but not the same as the picture on the website. The instructions were minuscule and virtually unreadable and only gave very basic information. The only other things in the box were extension straps and things that look like tea bags but no explanation as to what these are for. All the other items promised were missing and there was no information on how to obtain them. I contacted customer services three or four times and only got an automated reply - no personal contact at all. The last email said I had asked for a refund - I had not - and gave a list of things I had to send them before they would review my request for a refund and then advise me on the next steps. As I have absolutely no faith in this company and no intention of paying postage to China so far I have done nothing further but decided that potential purchasers should be made aware of serious issues with this company.

Do not buy or trust this company.

I foolishly purchased the triple method massager and believed the BS on Facebook. Has not worked from day of receipt - it took 15 days to arrive from china not the uk. Have sent numerous emails to them to be constantly told it’s with their tech team to review the refund £64.99. I have now raised a complaint with my bank for faulty goods received. Steer clear of Solva - horrendous customer service - if I could give zero stars I would. I should also add I’ve offered to send faulty goods back and told not to !!!

UPDATE - still back and forth with this company despite sending videos again - the product doesn’t work - this company should be reported to UK trading standards - it is the WORST experience ever

Do not buy from Solva. This company makes you believe product will be shipped from a uk warehouse. It does not. It comes from china. I received a generic knee massager that you can buy on Amazon for £23. I have been now trying for 1 week to get them to send me return instructions. I have still not received anything from them even though I sent them photos and a video of the product. I now believe I am going to be left with a product I do not want. Do not buy from them if you think you will be able to return item. They say they give a 90 day money back guarantee. This is hard to do if they won’t tell you where to return this product to.

Finally arrived, took ages.

Finally received goods ordered minus four of the five extra items offered when I made my purchase. Delivered by Royal Mail. The next day !! The ONLY time I heard from company was after a poor review on trust pilot. They need to improve upon their customer relations 100%. Communication with customers is paramount!!! Keeps them settled and informed.

Ordered on 20/09/26. Have emailed Solva UK asking for an update THREE TIMES re the whereabouts of the knee massager. On 3 occasions I was given 3 separate reference numbers with a promise of someone getting back to me in 1-2 days. Not a word. An automated message in Spanish or Portuguese comes up. Zen something or other. The package is showing as still being in transit supposedly being transported by EQUICK. Last update was 10/10/26. Still in transit somewhere that’s NOT China. Not happy.

Total scam haven’t received the order over 3 weeks have email 4 times and get the same reply - will get back to me in 1-2 day nothing . I’ve requested a refund as I’m fed up of waiting for a reply . Do not use this company as they are totally useless
Received a reply to the above but no link to reply . Emailed again and same response will contact I 1-2 days !
I have today received the items even though I cancelled the order and requested a refund on the same day for one of the bands as it was ordered in error . As no response I cancelled the complete order . Hopeless service
14/10/2026 I have already emailed my Order details and got the same reply that some would contact me in 1-2 day and that was 3 days ago . So again my order number is #3963 .Please check your emails !

Same as Ann, what I received was not what they advertised - more like one that I could have bought cheaper on Amazon. Once again, the delivery was from China and took a long time. And, once again, they do not reply to any emails and there is no address to send the product back - so much for the 90 day guarantee.

So far it's not looking good. I was led to believe this was either UK based or maybe US definitely not China. I placed my order on the 22nd Sep and it is now 8th Oct and according to the tracking it derparted the'original airport' 4 days ago????? I've sent a complaint to customer service as they have taken my money and I got a reply saying I'd get a service agent would get in touch with me in 1-2 days - nothing was forthcoming. I'm still waiting!!!! I just hope the shoulder device I purchased will eventually show up and it will work as promised??!?!?

I am afraid that I have been conned into buying yet more "snake oil" from what I thought was a reputable & well researched UK company whose products now appear to come from China. At my age you would have thought that I would have understood "if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is". Ordered & paid for the knee wrap on 21st Sept 2026 & although there are still 2 days to go for it to be within the 14 (business days) delivery period I'm not hopeful as the tracking seems to show that most of the time it's sitting around in non UK airports. Supposedly these items have a 90 day returns policy but if that is from the date of purchase rather than the actual date of delivery it's not worth the paper it's written on. Please avoid this company at all costs - it's just exploiting people like myself who are in constant pain & who are desperately looking for a solution.

I have only had it a few days, so my review is more about the item. It was inferred in the website as being British, but it comes from China. The instructions are so small, I had to get a magnifying glass to read them. They are also purely for the settings of the machine, which actually runs for 30 minutes, not the 12 minutes it states in the blurb, though obviously you can turn it off after the 12 minutes. There is a sealed plastic bag, with what looks like flattened teabags inside. Do not know what they are for. If it is for moisture control, then inside a plastic bag, renders them useless. Finally, there are no specific instructions for placement of the knee wrap. There are two rounded hard things on the inside, but nowhere does it show, where they should be placed. I had to look at the pictures on the website, to try and figure out where to place it and where the extra strap goes. So not an encouraging start. As they say, "the proof of the pudding, is in the eating". Just hope, these comments, will help them to be more informative to the customers.

I ordered a knee brace on 18th September, money taken straight away, no goods, no email and no response to 3 emails.

UPDATE - it has now arrived, but unfortunately I struggle to get it on with my painful shoulders….be aware if you live alone, you might struggle
Similar to John. I ordered it 11 sept and money was taken directly from my account. Since then the tracking shows multiple customs clearance delays (not just one) and it just seems to be going anywhere except coming to me! I’ve tried contacting them several times, but absolutely no response after the automated acknowledgement of my email. I’ve asked them to cancel the order, but still no reply! Terrible company….AVOID!
