Solutions Plumbing & Heating Arvostelua

I’m so grateful to Solutions Plumbing & Heating. Tom was excellent at keeping me informed and clearly has a huge amount of knowledge about all the systems — he recommended the perfect boiler for my home.

Oli installed the boiler and was brilliant and really friendly. My installation wasn’t straightforward either, as it needed a complicated flue replacement since I’m on the top floor of a high-rise building. I’d been quite stressed about my old boiler, but the team handled everything while I was away, which made the whole process so easy.

The new boiler is amazing — even with how cold it’s been, the heating system keeps my place warm and comfortable, giving me real peace of mind.

Thanks so much to Tom and the team. I’d highly recommend them!

Very satisfied with the work performed.

Efficient, courteous. New boiler in within a week of quote.

Going via an independent tradesman does not offer you any better price (at all), any guarantee on the job quality, any hassle free paper work, no extras apart from boiler installation, and no piece of mind. This was a team of professionals on the job. Clean, spoil free, on the spot.

Arrived on time, ready to start work. The engineers were very pleasant and left the house clean and tidy. It was hassle-free from start to finish.

We got 3 quotes to replace our central heating boiler. Solutions Plumbing did the best inspection with good explanation and gave us a realistic quote. But the installation by Ollie and Craig exceeded our best expectations. They were on time, well organised , efficient and clean. Solutions Plumbing gets our 5 star award for plumbing excellence

Solutions plumbing & heating did a wonderful job of replacing an old boiler and removing separate water tank, adding a combo boiler. All efficiently, professionally done. Would recommend this company to anyone in need of replacement boiler. Work was completed to time and the service was courtesy. Many messages sent to Tom Barnett who responded immediately and happy to go through things prior to work being carried out and during. Thank you so much

Very professional job done fast and well and priced reasonable

The price was good. The men turned up on time and did the work. So far everything seems to be working fine. The company has been helpful when I have asked any questions afterwards.

I contacted Tom before owning the property after I had the surveyor report, unlike many plumbers he took the time to explain give honest advice and also gave a rough quote. I appreciated this more than anything. Contacted him months after I bought the property and the service was 5 star quick, efficient and reliable.Work done was neat and tidy.

The work was completed on time and the company was true to their word. The work area was kept cleaned and tidy afterwards. I will recommend the company.

I had an urgent situation, complicated by a previous owner’s botched diy. Tom understood the urgency, and quickly came up with a suggested action plan. His operatives were very professional, friendly and went out of their way to resolve the difficulties. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t recommend them enough. Tom was amazing when he came to guide us with what was required and made us feel no pressure or under any obligation. Ollie the engineer was superb. He was punctual and once he arrived he was ensuring everything was discussed in detail and any questions we had he was able to answer. Thank you for a fantastic fitting of our boiler.

Clear and transparent pricing from the start, they helped me choose and understand the best option for my home. Friendly, professional and careful with my property. On time arrival, thorough job, great attention to detail and very fair prices. Highly recommended!

Capable hardworking tradesman. Less mess than expected and they cleaned up. Neat installation.

Like others, I've had many plumbers and trades work on our house. Honestly, never ever had such caring, professional, kind, efficient, knowledgable and fairly priced plumbing team - ever. This company is second to none. Tim, an absolute wizard with heating engineering and one of the best listeners ever (in relation to what the customer wants not what the engineer is looking to provide) - superb service and post install checks / balance / fault remedy. Nothing too much. You were also slightly less than the competition. No hesitation in recommending !!!

I am very happy about this company and grateful for their brilliant customer service!

Tom and Olie did a perfect job, professional service talk me through the whole process and what’s Best with the budget and had and not just a quick fix but something that would work long term, highly recommend their company and team.

Tom is an excellent sales person, explaining what was involved how long it would take and the benefits of choosing them. Tim worked non stop to remove and replace our combi boiler. They are enthusiastic, hardworking, knowledgeable and professional tradesmen. We are happy with the choice we made with the combi boiler and choosing them to do the work.
