Items did not arrive and had to cancel via bank. Very let down and disappointed. No tracking number supplied once ordered

Like everyone else, I tried buying it but there's no confirmation, no contact, no expected delivery date. nothing. Looks like a scam. Requested a refund from my credit card company. AVOID IT

One of the worst places that ave shopped avoid like hell people total con artists ordered top for holidays a full month b4 a went and 2 days b4 coming home got email saying been returned to sender. Pity you you can't give a minus

Purchase three shirts from you on June 16 I have not received anything that an email that when they will arrive or anything from you just wanna know is this a fraud company?

I would give 0 stars if I could. Complete con artists. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Received my item which turned up damaged and stained, I ASSUME ITS ALREADY BEEN WORN, pictures sent, agreed to replace, now they have gone to ground and ignore every form of communication.

I have yet to receive my order I can’t get ahold of anyone and never received a confirmation number or tracking info

I ordered 2 shirts on May 31, 2026. Did not receive an email for confirmation nor received any shipping info or the shirts. The website does not work at all solunrae.co. I'm about to dispute the charges.

When you have paid and enquire , lead time approx 1 month

Refund now requested - lets hope that doesn't take as long

Ordered St Georges Polo on the 12th April,
through Raiseourcolours web site.
First Direct in bank debited my account on 13th
Did not arrive until 27th, crap quality - return
Went on website but no return instructions
Registered the issue with FD Bank (Vicky)
I will chase them now

I placed an order on 4/12/26 for a Christian Sportshirt. I HAVE NOT received any correspondence from this company. I would like my $32.29 refunded. Contact me.

Avoid useless no email no shirt will have to go to my credit card and get refund

Placed a order a week ago haven't received a email or when it will arrive.

Although I expected my order in three days as indicated by this company the items arrived after 2 weeks!
There is very little quality in the shirts in fact they are rubbish certainly not worth £25 for each shirt which I paid.
There was no conformation of my order no invoice when I eventually received the shirts.
I cannot find any customer service as I would like to return the shirts.
Awful, awful company to deal with AVOID!
