We worked with Bryn at Sol Services to handle our appeal for a Spanish NLV after our initial application was declined. He quickly grasped our situation, and identified the steps we needed to take to appeal the original decision. He prepared our letter of appeal (also getting it translated into Spanish) and advised about further documents to be presented as back-up evidence. Everything he advised was spot-on, resulting in a successful resolution of our appeal.
