Operating from our modern centrally located 50,000sqft distribution hub, we handle thousands of consignments every month, delivered throughout the UK nationwide quickly & efficiently. We focus on performing to KPI’s, providing outstanding customer service whilst working closely & in partnership with our clients. SOLO Home Delivery specialises in ‘One Person’ handled product whereby a traditional 2 person ‘white glove’ service might be too excessive or the product doesn’t fit the requirements of the small parcel networks due to weight or size. In addition to our core delivery business we also offer warehousing, storage & fulfilment as a one stop shop solution. We aim to provide the best possible service, eliminate damages & losses whilst provide high levels of communication across all parts of the journey. With many years of experience & knowledge gained from sitting on ‘all sides of the fence’ we have created a tailored service that we are always aiming to excel at.

Great service from Daniel

Reliable and predictable delivery by Daniel. We had done a product exchange and he let us know when he was coming so we could get everything ready for a smooth hand-off.

Delivered on time

Delivered in the 3 hour slot given, great timing. Ben was great, asking where I would like the delivery left and leaving it in a safe place for me.

Excellent service

Excellent service, Ben provided a perfect delivery, on time, handled with care and friendly smile .
Took time to explain assembly of bed and other useful details.
Would not hesitate to use Solo deliveries in future.

Above and Beyond service

Today Claudio not only delivered our new bed at the time he said he would he carried all the boxes and mattress upstairs for us too. He even helped us open the main parts of the bed and gave us some great advice on how to assemble the basic structure.
Great service from a generally cheerful man.

Delivery on time

We got a text message giving us a time slot. The driver Claudio called us 30 mins before arrival. He arrived on time, greeted us and a very friendly manner, helped us with the packages and even took the time to explain how to assemble it best. Overall 5 stars for Claudio. A pleasure to deal with

Daniel is a great courier!

Daniel just delivered my new mattress. He gave a courtesy phone call about 10 minutes before he arrived. Delivery was on time and within the allotted 3 hour window. Daniel went above and beyond - carrying the mattress from the street, up flights of stairs and into my property. Off street parking is difficult here and Daniel had to walk a bit of a distance. As I am unwell I always get anxious about large deliveries as I cannot lift anything, but Daniel brought the mattress in and laid it flat so it wouldn’t fall on anyone. Brilliant courier and great service!
