Their installers didn't care how many roof tiles they broke, how badly they damaged my gutters and how much mess they left behind removing my old system. They damaged a solar panel, wired the system incorrectly and then threatened to switch off my solar system if I didn't finalise my rebate within 24 hours.
Solar Naturally is a scam company. They use two combined techniques: put pressure on clients and give misleading information. They make everything sound fancy and promising to lure people in.
They knocked on my door and were allowed to send a “designer” into my home. What followed was 35 minutes of lies and nonsense.
They will also waste your time during their visit and show no regard for your circumstances—whether you're unwell, have children to care for, or are simply exhausted and overwhelmed by the flood of confusing information they present.
To make matters worse, they often repeat the same misleading points three or four times, in case you forget or start to question them.
Please be aware:
Their prices are extremely inflated, far higher than those of reputable companies.
They deceive people by claiming the solar system will “pay for itself” and is “out of pocket,” when in reality, you end up paying over $100 fortnightly for more than three years.
I was fortunate enough to recognise their tricks, but I genuinely feel sorry for those who have already signed, or may become victims in the future.
I also believe most of their positive reviews are fake too.
I am soooo over this company knocking on my door every 4/6 months telling me the same spiel when I clearly say I am not interested, how it doesn't cost anything, there's going to be alot of work in the area and the government is covering the cost, just leave us alone, No means No!!!
