The packing went very smoothly yesterday, I was impressed with the team. They were very polite and empathetic, during what was a hectic and emotional day for my mother.

Started off with Chloe providing excellent initial support, then Richard took over and managed everything from lead to collection for half my house, seamlessly. Big thanks to Billy, Craig, and Sam who handled all the packing and loading with great care and professionalism. Everyone has been incredibly helpful throughout.

Now onto the next stage, getting everything to Dubai (hopefully it floats over smoothly!).

We used Solaris to ship from UK to USA.It's easy to communicate with them. The crew is too active and done the job so quickly. We will get emails and calls from crew regarding shipping,packing ,the arrival etc... The information is so clear. We strongly recommend Solaris to anyone who are 1st time users.

The service from Courtney and the team was great, they gave us advice and how to pack and we were informed all the way though about the overall process, and how things would work once we arrived. The movers, Martin, Sean and the rest of the team were great, prompt, polite and professional. The whole process was about as stress-free as it could be. The behind the scenes team, especially Courtney were also great. Hopefully, my books will be in Seattle in a few weeks.

On the day the packing crew (Adam and James, I think!) were professional and really efficient, they got everything packed up quickly and thoroughly.

Very helpful service and efficient packing. Hopefully it all arrives ok. My only issue was estimating volumes being moved - not my day job - and once it was clear I had more space available it was too late.
