Solaris Exterior Cleaning Ltd offers expert, reliable exterior cleaning services throughout the South East & London for both domestic and commercial clients. Whether it’s roofs, windows, driveways, patios, stone, brick, or render, they focus on restoring buildings to their best appearance — and keeping them that way. Safety‑first methods — no walking on roofs, no dangerous pressure washing; services include a free 17‑Point Roof Integrity Check to identify underlying issues before they become costly. Gentle, appropriate cleaning — using soft wash hybrids, steam, and environmentally friendly chemicals to remove algae, moss, lichen, and grime without damaging surfaces. Transparent, honest service — they use facts, show methods clearly, avoid fear tactics, and explain what results are achievable. Maintenance‑oriented — they don’t just clean once; they offer a maintenance plan designed to keep properties looking good, prevent buildup, and deliver better long‑term value. Environmental commitment — aiming for carbon neutrality by December 2026, including measures like using cleaner fuels, auditing chemicals and waste, and using sustainable equipment.
