The product is fantastic

The product is fantastic but the customer service wasn't able to answer my questions when I called before purchasing. I ended up contacting the manufacturer for clarification.

Very helpful and responsive

Very helpful and responsive - even to the point of advising me that due to stock not actually being in, but coming, would I like to wait for refund? I waited - but loved the thinking through fore the customer!

Communication was good and helpful

Communication was good and proved helpful.
Getting the purchase to us was well done from SolarBox to the courier, but the courier's delivery from SolarBox to us was disappointing. The courier's email stated ETA of 2 days, it took 7 days.
