We tracked your package and the expected delivery date is Saturday, April 16.
Please be aware that due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing a lot of delays in delivering the packages and that is why it's taking a little longer than usual to deliver your package. I love Solace products but tracking package...
I love Solace products but the website frustrates me. I ordered 1 bottle of juice and I was told I could track the shipment by some app Ive never used before. The email has no USPS tracking number. It has been 2 days and there is no status change or anything. My different order from a different vape company after 1 day said it has shipped. (Same app). I assumed my package would come today. So I don’t actually k when It is supposed to come. I just ran out of juice and if it doesn’t come today I will be very annoyed. There is a kind of joy and pleasure when able to track your package.

Ordered 3 juices and only received 2. I informed them of the problem and they fixed it immediately. Solace is all I vape so I’m already a big fan of the product. Now I’m a fan of the company and their customer service.

Love this product
Love this product, just wish I could get it in a lower mg dose than the 30 I typically buy. Otherwise i have been able to quit smoking for good after 17 years, because of this particular product. 7 months no smoking. Flavor is mellow and not too sweet. Very mild.
