Very poor experience, order placed almost a month ago with international delivery but not tracking provided, no answer to my emails or contact form filled numerous times on their website. Had disputed the transaction with shopify and visa, they might be out of business. Definitely do not recommend placing orders on their website anymore. Hope I can get my money back as this is so unfair and disappointing at this stage.

Do not order, placed the order in June, in delivery process on July 19th and now August 11th and still hasn’t moved on the tracker.

Now having to contact bank to get my money back - no response from their customer care either

Went to Westfield Stratford yesterday and was greeted by this Muslim sister called Sara (or Sarah.. I’m not too sure). Genuinely one of the most bubbly and cutest girls I’ve ever met, gave me offers and gave me a fair pricing for a x4 set of perfumes. Such amazing character and her smile makes you feel so happy. The product itself was quite nice, good quality and the packaging is phenomenal. Nice body mists and perfumes for the summer, however if you truly want a pleasant experience, go to Westfield Stratford when you see a Muslim sister with a gorgeous smile. Rather than ordering online, the journey to meet this young lady is worth it. Go in person!!!

I placed an order for a fragrance on 7 June, and almost four weeks later I still haven’t received it. Despite waiting all this time, there’s still no sign of my order.

I’ve emailed the company twice, explaining that it was intended as a birthday present, but I’ve had no response whatsoever. The complete lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing.

Based on my experience, the service provided has been absolutely appalling. I cannot recommend ordering from this company, as it has been nothing but a waste of time and money. I sincerely hope they improve both their communication and their fulfilment process, because customers deserve far better.

1 star they don't even deserve. I went to westfield Stratford purchase a perfume they told me is 120 rrp when actually is 69.99 on their website. They pick and choose how much they want to sell for. It's currently on offer on their website for 29.99 he charged me 50.00 and told me not to tell no one how does that work. When I asked for a refund and complained he said he's got rent to pay for his shop he can choose his prices. His name was khaled. I emailed them and no response!! Avoid liars they don't follow their own policies or terms and conditions.

I went to their pop up shop in Westfeild Stratford City on the 5th May 2026. Bought their x4 perfume sets and an extra perfume. Turns out they gave me all perfumes that have been used and sprayed. How did i check this? Usually when you get a perfume, it takes atleast 2-3 pumps for the product to come out. They all came out first spray… Also after i came home, i checked that two out of the 5 products i got from them looks like they were significantly used compared to the others. On top of that, i got given the tester perfume i was spraying at the place instead of a brand new one and the writing was clearly rubbed off. I emailed them, no response. Then i went back to their store at Westfeild stratford city to see if this issue could be rectified, instead of giving me a refund (because apparently their refund policy only applies online… lol okay) they offered me one of their £120 100ml perfume bottles for £40… i said no. Then they said £30… As if i was going to spend more money on this company. Also low-balling one of your perfumes from £120 to £30 should tell you a lot about this company, i think they are struggling with their rent. OH YES I ALMOST FORGOT. They told me they overprice their perfumes in store as they have to pay rent and tax, and when i say they overprice, its double the amount on their website so DONT go to the store. Even when i asked them to swap the tester perfume they gave me for a new one they said they will not as apparently the writing rubbing off is just a manufacturing error and they are looking for a new vendor. What a mess. So nothing got swapped, they didnt give me a refund and they had the audacity to try and make me give them more money. Stay away from this company. As a business owner i feel they should improve on their customer service, the quality of their products and not give used perfumes to people. Ps if your silly enough to buy from this company check the perfume bottles before you leave.

I placed an order on 17th April. Got confirmation of order being placed but nothing since. The phone number is invalid! Ive emailed them. No response. No tracking info and no delivery. Such a shame as their products are good. Ill be contacting my bank.

Same as other reviews. Still waiting for my parcel 4 weeks after purchase. The company ignore emails. I wouldn't waste your money.

Placed a order for next day delivery allowed a few days grace for processing the order. Paid for next day delivery but received it 4 weeks later conveniently after raising the charge with the bank. Such a shame because your fragrances are nice but your customer service is awful as well as delivery execution 🤦 never again!

WOW I wish I did my research first. Same as below I decided to purchase after modeststreet promoted this company. It has been since 18th of August and I still haven’t received my parcel, after numerous emails and messages NO RESPONSE AT ALL, only received a message saying order confirmed, no update, no tracking nothing. Ended up contacting modest street who was in there favour but she did reach out to them yet nothing.. I am so so disappointed, I wish I never wasted my money on them and ordered from somewhere else! Even Temu / china deliveries are quicker than this! Absolute disgrace. So not even bother ordering.

Took over 2 weeks for delivery, zero updates, zero communications even when contacted.

Fake website it’s a scam. I placed an order on 7th Feb it’s been waiting to be sent since then showing as ready to ship. I’ve email this company about 10 times and have had zero response. To top it all off 2 days after using this website my card was hacked and someone used my card to do online shopping!!’ I’m absolutely fuming. My bank are looking into this matter as fraud. Stay clear from this website.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. RIP OFFS! they sent out a fake perfume. complete different from what they showcased on their box and brand. 1 out of the 4 was fake. when I reached out to them multiple times they did not respond to me. it has been a few weeks. They were being promoted by modest street. when they did a collab with modest Street I used the link advertised by them on her platform. please note this was their joint ad. I'm really disappointed. they ate my £29.99.
