Candy had a very good read on our preferences and provided options that were well aligned. She helped plan our experiences (hikes, e-bike rides, tours, tastings, restaurants, pottery class!!). She was always very responsive and was reachable when we were in-country. We had a magical 3 weeks in Portugal and I am 100% confident it would not have been nearly as enjoyable as it was without her help

Candy was an exceptional travel guide for our recent trip to Portugal. Our family planned this trip last minute but she was still able to provide us with options in our quick time frame and an amazing connection to a private wine tour in the Duoro Valley. Her restaurant recommendations did not disappoint with both great food and amazing service. Would highly recommend!

We used Candy's Travel Planning Map for a recent trip to Madeira - it was such a brilliant tool to have in our back pocket and would reccomend to anyone! Although Candy has focused her collation of reccomended places on mainland Portugal for the map (we got to trial it before she released it into the world), there was so many places pinned for Madeira that we had plenty to see and do! You could tell Candy had put so much time, care and consideration into all of her reccomendations that all of them were fantastic. We are quite confident travellers but having this tool was great for seeing what else we could do in certain regions away from the typical tourist spots (viewpoints, places to eat/drink, less popular things to do) and was so easy to use as it just appears on your google maps! Really enjoyed using it and it elevated our trip so much! Thank you Candy!

Candy's website on travel in Spain is by far the best we've found for planning our trip to Andalusia this fall.
We are very experienced travelers to many continents, yet for our first trip to Spain, particularly planning a 10-day road trip to Andalusia, Candy provides a wealth of detailed information, all from her extensive on-the-ground experience there! This has been SO helpful in planning our trip, and we plan to take lots of her info with us, which looks like it will be incredibly helpful. Just exploring how wondrous Andulisia is on her website has been fascinating!

Candy was amazing! My husband and I contacted her regarding our upcoming two week trip to Portugal after a friend highly recommended her, and she did not disappoint! She was very friendly and easy to talk to during the one hour appointment. We had LOTS of questions, since we’ve never planned a trip like this before. We had an idea of what we wanted to do - start in Lisbon, then drive down the coast, stopping at towns and beaches along the way, and end up in Algarve - but we really needed some guidance. After the consultation she sent us an incredibly detailed itinerary that included hotel, restaurant and shopping recommendations, where to rent a car, a walking map to show us the main points of interest, where to stop on our way down the coast and more. It’s difficult to explain just how thorough she was! I had been stressing about all of this prior to speaking with Candy, but she really put our minds at ease. She was so helpful in streamlining everything - she really knows Portugal and we highly recommend her services! Our trip was amazing!!

We worked with Candy to plan a week long girls trip in Portugal. Candy worked hard to understand our vision for the trip and then planned a top notch itinerary with us. Three working women with families did not have a lot of time to research and plan. Candy took this off our plates! Everything from a private driver, a private SUP tour, a local walking food tour, dinner at a winery, private Sentra tour…was thoughtfully arranged for us.
