Good

I recently purchased nesting tables from Sohowells and overall I’m satisfied with how the situation was handled in the end. While there were some issues with the finish when the item first arrived, the company later contacted me after I left my review and offered a solution. They gave me the option to return the tables or keep them with a partial refund, which I appreciated. Although the experience started off disappointing, I’m glad they eventually responded and worked to resolve the issue.

Poor Customer Service.

In the spirit of making things more positive (having deleted my initial post), I have eventually a week later managed to return my item (waiting for refund). All I will say is this.

When I received no reply to my emails for return (as per the policy on the retailers' website), I then called the number (no reply), and left WhatsApp message saying I will leave a bad review. Suddenly I got a reply.

The customer Service for this company is poor and needs significant improvement.

Regarding your concerns about the product, we take quality and accurate representation seriously. If an item is not as expected, we are more than happy to review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution in line with our returns policy.

A prepaid return label has already been sent to you, and we are awaiting the return of the item so we can proceed accordingly.

Very good ordering experience

I ordered a nest of tables and was very pleased with the value for money. Delivery was next day for a very reasonable fee. This has to be one of the most hassle free experiences I have had with an online seller.
