I bought a number of electrical socket outlets and a switch with a copper colour, they arrived on time and were faultless. A lovely colour and good quality.

Insta vs Reality
The order arrived, and looks completely different to the photos on their website. There is no contrast in the finish what so ever, and no patina. I have been contacting them repeatly to come up with a solution, but the response is very slow. Meanwhile my electrician is waiting for them to respond to me

Hi Neill,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the finish when your order arrived. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially with your electrician waiting.
We can see that our team reached out to you this morning and we’re glad we were able to agree on a way forward. We’ve offered to send images of alternative finishes that may be more suitable.
We’re working hard to get this resolved for you as quickly as possible, and we’re confident we’ll get everything sorted so you end up with the finish you had in mind.
If there’s anything else you need in the meantime, we’re always here to help.
Kind regards
Soho Lighting
Spenny but worth it
Everything about these is great. They arrive beautifully packaged, and are of extremely high quality. The dimmers have proper mechanisms that dim the lights gently, you can feel the quality. They’re expensive but worth every penny.
