I came across SOHA RETREATS on a advert on Facebook and booked my 10 days transformation retreat and all I can say from start to finish it was amazing and rebooked again and again

I traveled all the way from Los Angeles, California and this trip changed my life.

I always desired to jet set around the world but from a youngish age into adulthood I held onto a fear of traveling so far from home. Manuel Benages Owner of Soha Retreats knew my fear and he made a comment that stuck with me…Just get here and we have you from there. His comment reminded me I was in trusted hands. Those hands also included Jet and David Hardinge.

I am so happy and forever thankful for this trip. I was in such safe hands traveling with an amazing group of people. At the beginning of the trip I met all the other guests for the first time and by the end they felt like family.

I was able to be myself, love life and enjoy the amazing excursions and undeniable beauty of Thailand knowing I was in the Safety, Care and Support of the Soha Team.

I most definitely will be booking more trips with Soha.

My retreat to Thailand was truly a magical experience and I loved every minute.

The accomodation was immaculate with attention to detail comfy bed,flat screen TV ,fresh toiletries daily,safe balcony with pool view.

The retreat it's self was everything and l more I could of wished for Manuel was such a attentive host and put everyone at ease, his team went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a amazing experience we enjoyed soundbaths and yoga on the beach where we got witness some amazing sunsets and sunrises .

The retreat included all our meals and we got eat at the most amazing restaurants and enjoy beautiful meals,the trips were all amazing and we got to visit beautiful islands it's hard to pick a favourite trip as everything was a highlight from elephant bathing to James Bond Island ,bamboo rafting and getting to see the Big Buddha was a very moving experience.

I loved the Muay Thai and felt my fitness come on and pushed myself to do ice baths which left me feeling so refreshed and uplifted.

There was also amazing reiki treatments and massages which was a great way to unwind.

The psycho education and therapy helped me so much Jet and David are the top of their game.

I can't recommend the retreat enough and came away feeling refreshed and re-engerised can't wait to book my next retreat.

From the very beginning when I booked this retreat it was all very efficient. It went above and beyond my expectations. Truly life changing experience. If I could give more stars I would. What they packed in on this ten day retreat was unbelievable. Not only did we get three therapy sessions with psycho education but the included activities were amazing. Daily Muay Thai, yoga or Pilates. Sound baths on beach. Trips to see and wash elephants, Temples, markets , James Bond island, Purin island, snorkelling, bamboo raft trip, waterfalls swimming, turtle sanctuary, tiger sanctuary, monkey temple, quad biking, massages and sunbathing 😂😂

Manny and his team were inspirational. An incredible retreat, highly recommended.

A unique experience I'll remember forever. From start to finish it was packed full of activities such as yoga, pilates, muay thai boxing, Ice bucket challenges and sound baths on the beach, The day trips to help wash elephants, walk around the floating village, monkey temple, waterfalls, snorkeling and Buddha were amazing. The therapy support was outstanding I learnt personally how to cope with my emotions and past pain. I met some amazing people on this trip and for me it was life changing. I would 100%+ recommend anyone to go on a Soha Retreat and bonus when you get cuddles from Manuel. Xxx

These retreats are outstanding, the whole package you could not get anywhere ! for what you get with these retreats, the whole package of mindfulness treatments, the professionals whom facilitate the treatments let alone the excursions are above and beyond. My mental state of mind was not in a very good place before engaging in this program, this retreats give me more focus in life and working with the therapist has gave me the tools to carry on. This really was a life changing journey but best of al it doesn’t stop there, this organisation offers ongoing support, workshops , courses and drop in centres for all to access. Keep up the good work guy yous have helped so many and give them hope thank you so much xxx see you all soon xx

I knew from the itinerary that the daily activities and trips would be special but what I didn’t realise was the psycho education and 1-2-1 therapy would be transformational. I wanted a reset and I received it and so much more. Invest in yourself - it pays back in dividends!

Amazing and best 2 weeks of a retreat/holiday ever, never a dull day, jam packed with activities/sound baths/Muay Thai/pilates/yoga/masssges, psycho ed great facilitators who knows their stuff!! Hotel fab, just everyone gave their everything

What an amazing experience.
Had good expectations but it out did my expectation ten fold.
From start to finish everything flowed when you thought could getbany better just got better and better the only downside was coming home.
The facilitators the Host were so amazing there for you if needed at any time.
Would highly recommend and will certainly be doing another one
