Paid this firm for a Windows 11 licence and received a product key that doesn't work. Repeated requests for a replacement without answer. Useless and dishonest firm that can not be trusted.

I am beyond frustrated and honestly angry at this point. This company took my money and provided a used product key, which is completely unacceptable. Once I discovered the issue, I attempted to resolve it the proper way — by contacting support.

That’s where the real problem began.

I have opened five separate support tickets. Not one has been meaningfully answered. I also tried using their so-called AI chat support, “Daniel,” which appears to be nothing more than a dead interface. It doesn’t respond, doesn’t greet you, doesn’t ask what you need — it does absolutely nothing. There is no way to reach a real human being.

What’s most disappointing is that this used to be a reputable company. I’ve made several purchases from them in the past without issue. That reputation is the only reason I trusted them again — and that was a mistake. At this point, it feels like this business exists solely to collect money, with no actual employees, no real support, and no accountability.

This is not a support delay. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a company that has taken payment and then vanished behind broken systems and fake automation.

Save yourself the time, frustration, and lost money. Stay far away from this company. If something goes wrong with your order, you are completely on your own.

Ik schrijf niet zo vaak een review, maar dit is even noodzakelijk.
Ik heb in het verleden producten bij Softwarelicence4u gekocht zonder problemen. Nu wil ik het account bij hun opheffen, maar er is geen mogelijkheid om met hun in contact te komen. Daarom raad ik af om hier te kopen.

Na een halve dag geknoei kon ik mijn productcode nog steeds niet activeren. Maar dankzij de gebruiksvriendelijke chat en behulpzame Daniel, is het dan toch ineens snel gelukt. Daniel legde de stappen zeer helder uit en nam het over wanneer nodig. Dankuwel!

Office 2021 gekocht. Ongeldige licentie!! Geen enkel contact mogelijk, niet via mail en niet via chatboth. Lijkt oplichting te zijn!!! Advies:: Koop hier NIET !!

Oplichterswebshop. Ze verkopen software met kortingscodes en vervolgens ontvang je helemaal niks, nada, noppes. UPDATE: ik heb toch een licentie ontvangen, maar die werkte niet.

Purchased Microsoft Office 16 from them. The license key they sent was not a Microsoft approved key. Wrote to their support three times with no response. Went to look at other reviews and apparently this is not the first time they have done this. Believe this to be a scam. WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FORM THIS COMPANY.

Licentie gekocht. Kreeg een gebruikersnaam en wachtwoord om de software te activeren. Helaas klopte de gegevens niet en was activeren onmogelijk. Meerdere keren via de chat kontakt gezocht, geen response. Meerdere e-mails gestuurd geen response. Uiteindelijk het bedrag laten stoneren. Oplichters.

In the past I've ordered several license keys, usually without problems. Except for my last order.

On June 25th, I placed an order (33608) for an Office license. I have received the invoice on June 28th; however, the license key was not included.

I am trying to contact support via email, and via the chatfunctionality, however so far withou any result. That's why I now submit this review on trustpilot.

Question for Software License 4U: Could you please let me know when I can expect to receive the license key?

Ondanks dat ChatGPT ze aanraadde blijkt het oplichting. Onbereikbaar en licentiecode niet ontvangen.

Een softwarepakket gekocht met licentiesleutel, op basis van eerdere ervaring met dit bedrijf. Na de vlotte afhandeling en betaling bleef de levering uit.
Enkele malen geprobeerd contact te krijgen liep dit op niets uit.
