Bieten unter Vorwand Artikel an und sendet komplett anderst wie in der Besc. Meiner Meinung nuch kompletter Betrug.
Anderes Produkt andere Sprache keinerlei Kompromiss.

The Microsoft Family 365 product is illegal and against the policies of Microsoft. They are not a authorised Microsoft reseller and it is fraud. Do not purchase their products. The contact details provided on their website also does not exist. This is a scam.

Bought Microsoft 365 Family.
Never arrived, all contacts provided by the company, mail, web, WhatsApp, no reply from any of them.
Registered with my bank as fraud.

Office 365 Family is not what they sale. Price is hight and the open an account with your name and send the password. They sell to you a shared Office 365 managed by someone that you can use on 5 devices.

PURE SCAM AND FALSE ADVERTISING

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Don’t buy, I repeat, please don’t buy. First of all, they won’t give you an activation code. They will send you a new email address and password. When you go to the Microsoft website, it’s web-based and you can’t use your original email. Total SCAM, AVOID!

Total scam, avoid at all costs.

As per other reviews, you buy what you expect to be a Microsoft 365 license and you get a completely new account, with no way to add the license to your existing subscription.

Don't let them scam you.

Scammers - purchased a ms 365 family subscription which they said they'd email a code for. However, they eventually email you a link to a single user account on a ms family instance shared with 5 other people. Not just against MS rules but totally unsuitable and fairly useless. No ability to contact customer support via email, WhatsApp or chat despite them publicising these, Don't use, if yo do then get your money back thru a chargeback.

Fraude, descrição dos produtos não corresponde ao que vão intregar. Venda de licença digital de office famaly, foi entregue um user em vez da licença de office.

Een office 365 family besteld en een link ontvangen, maar niets werkt. Na meerdere keren app contact reageren ze gewoon niet meer.

Same as others. I bought the O365 family license and it turns to be a single account and not the FULL family license (only one user), shared with other unknown people. I posted in there a review and they deleted it.

Avoid this website.

Scam! They don’t sell Microsoft 365 family licenses. What they do instead is share their license with a newly created account, and provide you with the email and password for that account. That means they can also stop sharing the subscription with you at any moment. It’s only for one person, not 6. And you can’t even use it for the account you already have. Avoid!
They refused to provide a refund but I disputed the payment with my bank and got my money back.

SoftPinz company name and website needs to be changed to downloadlinkz.com as the O365 1yr package I bought is useless for renewing my current subscription. Avoid unless you know what you are buying is a download for 1 user only who doesn't already have Microsoft 365 subscription. Disappointingly I've lost money as was not refunded for unusable product that I was deceived into buying from the company's name and fobbed off with them trying to send me a new outlook.com username/password! What?!

Contact met dit @##%@ bedrijf is niet mogelijk.
Koop hier niets je bent gegarandeerd je geld kwijt.

Es wird kein Lizenzkey verkauft.
Man erhält lediglich einen Microsoft Account, der angeblich die Lizenz beinhaltet.
In Wirklichkeit handelt es sich aber um einen kostenlosen Account ohne die erworbenen Lizenzen.

Finger weg!

Instead of sending me my 365 family key (that I bought), they created a single account within some family container. Contacted support for refund, they refused. Raised an issue through my bank.

They sell “Office 365 Family” but it’s not. It’s only one single user account, not a real family plan, and you can only use it on 5 devices (not 6 as they claim). This is a trick to make you think you are buying the original license. SCAM.

No response by WhatsApp or email (email doesn’t even exist).
They canceled my subscription and did not refund my money.
