I've been using Softelio for some time…
I've been using Softelio for some time and have purchased hundreds of Keys. I usually get an immediate response 90% of the time and rest of the time in 12 hours or less. I try not ordering till I need it. If I wait over 24 hours there is a chance the key won't work. Anytime there is a problem with a key, a replacement is sent quickly after request with a big apology. This company is extremely friendly and take care of their customers. Lately I have not had any issues with problem keys so they may have fixed their issue. I find them very reliable compared to all the other vendors out there. I have not had to use another vendor in the years I've been dealing with Softelio. I would have problems with other vendors on eBay and get credits half the time.
