Please do not ignore these reviews, the items sent differ from the pictures, they are SCAMMERS!!
you pay extortionate amounts for cheap rubbish, they tell you the return postage will be up to £25 and give an address in China when the website is staged as European and the workers have English names! voucher is offered and an extra 20% is deducted as " restocking! " It's false advertising.

I had a very pathetic experience with this company. I purchased a coat for £45, but the delivery took an unreasonably long time. When the parcel finally arrived, the coat was extremely poor quality—honestly, it looked like something worth £5—and it was also the wrong size.
When I contacted customer service to request a refund, they refused to provide a full refund and instead offered only 35% (£15). Even worse, I still haven’t received that £15, and at this point, I doubt I ever will.
This feels like a scam. The product I received was completely different from what was advertised, and their return/refund process is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others not to purchase anything from this brand. This website should be banned.

I ordered a leather jacket. It took ages to arrive and when it did it was a black raincoat. I tried to contact them to get the item returned and the correct item shipped.They kept going on about costly returns and said that I should just keep the item and accept a 60% discount voucher. The worst was the item was marked as4xl but it was tiny and wouldn't even fit. I couldn't give the coat away.

Shite quality, shite service, Shite experience. The shows I ordered were plastic crap, can’t get hold of the company now to do my returns! So wish I had read the reviews before being sucked into an AI advert on insta!

Bought a dress for my wife for her birthday. Took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. Rubbish quality and fit. Decided to return. They advised this would be expensive, try to offer credit / discount off another purchase. I ended up getting refunded 20% of the dress value. They don’t make it easy to return, then ignore you when you query the refund process. Not using them again!

Wish I had read the reviews first - the glossy style advert of the shoes is nothing like the product received. The shoes were cheap & glued together plus they looked nothing like the shoe advertised!
Do not use this company - I am wrestling with them at the moment to get my money back , but as previous reviews suggest they just want to fob me off

Do not use company. Items are nothing like what is advertised & despite trying to contact them via email x3 times I have had no response . I then sent back the item to the return address 3 weeks ago and had no correspondence . I have just accepted that I will loose my money now but please do not use this website

Unfortunately I ordered because the website looked good quality before reading the reviews. Shocked at what showed up, nothing like the dress advertised. Cheap flimsy material. Asked for a refund, let’s see what happens……..

I received my items which is faulty, I explained to the customer care and they said they couldn't see a fault, they offered me 20% my money back, or a store credit.
I want my money back! I still have an items to buy for a wedding so need the money, I said the item meets NONE of the faulty criteria??? See the photos I attached which I sent to them. U can see one side is fine and the other is baggy, also the holes on the side are huge! Which I feel again is incorrect as a friend of mine has this dress and it looks nothing like the one I received. I explained I understand there can be faults and that's fine but the way they have dealt with it when U clearly see problems makes me want to never buy off them again! I really wouldn't not buy of this site ever again! If there's a fault and they won't deal with it correctly imagine if U just didn't like the dress or it was to small extra! It isn't worth the money risk as U won't get a refund! Pleased don't waste your money!

This company is a scam. The clothes are nothing like the photos and they will not let you return them, citing bullshit reasons like "it's a final sale item" (it wasn't). After over 20 back and forth emails they said they would refund 50% and I felt like that was the best I could get. I'm amazed they actually went through with the refund to be honest.

Just don't go there.

The item received is of significantly inferior quality, has no labels, and is not a UK size as advertised. This constitutes a breach of contract.

I ordered a pair of shoes which arrived packed in a sheet of bubble wrap in a plastic mail bag. They were warped and I couldn't even get them on. Very poor quality and totally unfit for purpose. I asked for instructions on how to return them for refund. Many emails later I realise I am not going to get a refund and if I ever get any return instructions it won't be worth the effort. As others have said, I wish I had read up on the company before dealing with them. Avoid at all costs!

As an update I eventually informed the company that I would begin a chargeback process. This resulted in a offer of 50% refund. Since the return process would be expensive and complex, with no guarantee that the shoes would be considered eligible for refund anyway and the chargeback would be laborious I decided to accept the offer, with the condition that I would proceed with chargeback if the refund didn't materialise. Watch this space.

Second update. Two weeks after they claimed a refund had been issued it failed to arrive. they told me to tell my bank to investigate. I have now started a chargeback request.

Do not buy from this website. I feel foolish now for not looking at reviews before purchasing. The items I have bought are extremely cheap looking and it is too expensive to return them. I'd give zero stars if I could.

Awful quality of product. Poorly made, materials are poor. I believe this website is just a front for really poor products being shipped from China.

Bought a skirt not researching this company.

Please do not purchase any items from this store. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing from them. I bought a dress for an event, which too ages to come. I requested for a refund when it eventually came and was told that I would need to return the item to China which would cost over £40. I’ve never heard anything this ridiculous. The company is a scam, please stay away.

I really wish I had looked on Trust Pilot before ordering from this 'company'! Almost 3 weeks later and my order hasn't arrived. I keep getting the same robotic email response, which I now believe is AI. Thankfully my bank have said that they should be able to help me recoup my money once it reaches 30 days past the order date.

Update - my dress arrived and the quality was AWFUL, plus the zipper was broken. They have refused to refund. Thankfully my bank are helping me.

It’s an impressive website for sure but that is the last time you’ll be impressed by anything to do with this company.

I ordered a pair of leather shoes in a UK size 5. When they arrived they definitely weren’t leather, they were slightly different in style and they were at least a size 6.

I contacted the company and they are very quick with lovely helpful emails. They explained their UK size 5 is actually a 39. Highly unusual but I took them at their word.

Anyway, despite the discrepancies I still quite liked the shoes so asked if I could return/swap for the correct size.
It was suggested that why don’t I keep the size 6 ones and just pay £9.95 for the postage on a new pair. I thought I’d save myself some time and effort returning and waiting for a refund etc so I agreed.

Obviously the new pair never arrived. They weren’t never going to were they? I suspect they send you the wrong size on purpose and then you either can’t get a refund or it costs a small fortune to return, or you stupidly agree to spend even more on a replacement that will never materialise.

You can raise a chargeback on your credit card but this is a lengthy process and obviously you have to prove you attempted to return faulty or incorrect items received.

A learning experience.
