Claims they are from London but are actually from China. Their quality is awful for the prices and they use ai and other photos from different companies. DO NOT BUY.

This company calls itself “Sofia Delane London” (sometimes “Sylvia London”), but it is not based in London at all. That’s misleading. All the products are actually shipped directly from China, which takes several weeks to arrive — nothing like the fast UK shipping they suggest.
They are connected to the same group as Emily & Ivy, which already has lots of terrible reviews on Trustpilot for poor quality, long delays, and bad customer service.
In my experience, they misrepresent where they are based and how quickly they can deliver. This feels dishonest and scam-like. If you want reliable service and products, I recommend avoiding them.
