Ordered a bespoke cinema service the staff were friendly and helpful and worked out of hours to get my sofa ordered , which was made to measure it fitted perfectly and good quality.
the delivery driver was very kind to place the sofa round the back of the house near the door

Lovely sofa. A lot of confusion over delivery. Drivers didn't unpack it which was difficult to do alone but raised it with customer services. Ultimately I would recommend.

Delivery a little slow but didn't mind waiting a little longer delivery drivers very helpful, thought had a piece missing rang the office had a video chat with Hammy who was very polite and helpful told me where to find the missing piece of my sofa which was concealed on the underside of the sofa.

I ordered 3 leather sofas and was told 1-2 weeks delivery. Despite many calls and messages I have still not received my full order. I have cancelled my payment and I suspect I may now hear from sofasway.

Terrible. Not delivered after 3.5 weeks. No response from emails. Occasional response from WhatsApp with a future promise date that comes and goes.

We had to wait a few days extra for our sofas, but it was down to the courier not the company, once they arrived we were very impressed with the quality, a lot better than we thought for the price we paid, would definitely recommend this company from Mrs Woodley

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY, I ORDERED A SOFA AND THEY DELIVERED THE COMPLETEY WRONG SOFA THEY TRIED TO GET ME TO KEEP IT BUT I WAS HAVING NONE OF IT! Very happy with my small swivel chair, nice neat size to fit in living room perfectly.
Delivery was between 1-2 weeks came on second week.

The Sorrento fabric corner suite arrived, it's perfect, the delivery people were courteous and careful.
The information for customers on the shop app may I add is terrible, needs looking at and chat is slow, it's needed to be good so customers are totally in the loop
