Sofas and Beyond Coventry Arvostelua

Agree everything carefully...

We ordered carpet for a lounge and staircase, simple quoted given and instructed on that basis. They asked for a larger initial deposit stated, then asked for virtually all of the money upfront, which hadn't been explained. Delivery time extended, but paid again, today the carpet has been installed. I have been left to clear up all the waste and hoover up. The fitters also asked for more than had been stated. I called and asked Lisa one of the owners if it is normal to leave a job like they have - apparently yes! Then proceeded to tell me she has never had anyone complain like me from hundreds of customers and what is my problem!
Maybe it's me - I just expect things to be explained clearly, money to be correct and the job left clean and tidy. Also they don't measure so double check what you give them. Happy to share the owners rude emails to validate my comments!!

Visited the Stratford upon Avon branch and warmly welcomed. Didn’t feel the sales staff were pushy and they gave us plenty of time to decide upon our sofa. It was explained we’d have to wait 5/6 weeks for it to be made/shipped to the store and as promised a delivery was made shortly thereafter. We discovered a rip on the underside of the sofa and a pulled thread on the arm. Popped back into the branch to ask for it to be fixed. Wasn’t a problem and they arranged for a company to fix it the following week.
We are very pleased with our new sofa.

This for Stratford upon avon branch.

Excellent service from Ryan when buying carpets from here. Helpful without being pushy or trying to upsell.

Carpet for two bedrooms and a difficult winding staircase arrived on time and fitted in an incredible 2hrs 30mins to a perfect standard by Wayne and Kyle. Many thanks. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and good quality furniture

I purchased a great quality sofa bed at a great price from Sofas and Beyond. The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend them!

Great product and service. An honest approach from all the team and very reasonable prices. The personal service was second to none, and a great selection of product, more so than the big high street names. Thanks guys we will be back again soon

I can’t recommend these guys enough. First of all, a great shop with plenty to look at and choose from. No pressure either, really friendly staff, very knowledgable. Chose a set of furniture for the living room which was delivered without hassle and on time. I’m really pleased with it, great quality and a great price. They also do carpets, so I’ll definitely be going back to find something to match my new furniture 😊 great that they’re a local, family run business too, lovely manager (can’t remember his name!) but really helpful through out. Thanks guys 🙌🏻

Had a great experience with these guy was allowed to look around shop without any hassle. The guy we spoke to was very helpful. Ordered sunday and delivered today. Delivery guys were great really good at they job

Only just found this review site - and i'm delighted i have! Purchased from here about 3 months ago - a sofa for my family room. Service was great, delivery time was on time and great selection to choose from. Would recommend.

Bought bed headboard and carpet from sofas and beyond. Fault with headboard the after sales service was fantastic, quickly replaced. Extremely pleasant, polite staff would certainly buy again from this company and really recommend them. This was the Stratford on Avon store

Sideboard and top ordered, some weeks later phone call as goods in. Delivery arrived, but bottom unit wrong size. It had been incorrectly checked into the company's warehouse and allowed to be dispatched without proper checking. As the company does not keep any stock, another wait of 2-4 weeks for the correct unit to arrive.
Suggest caution when ordering from this company, still awaiting date for completion of order.
Delivery outsourced and only after speaking to the company, did the they take away the packaging. I did not pay for that only for the units !
