I always had a doubt whether I had done the right thing to order online without actually trying out this sofa bed first. The quality of the sofabed is wonderful. I do find it slightly too firm at the moment to sit on, but I'm getting used to it, but that said I did order the hotel action and upgraded mattress so it is bound to be firm. A phone number is available to ask any questions and answered by a person and not a computer. The only problem I found was choosing the fabric and colour. So many to choose from, but I'm extremely happy with my choice. Would I order again? Absolutely..

Purchased for my rental. Went with the hotel spec wider bed upgrade and matching foot stool. Arrived about 4 weeks later.
Super happy with the comfort and look and the fact that it needs minimal plumping of the cushions to look tidy and fresh.

The sofa bed arrived within three weeks and looks great! I have a pocket spring mattress it looks quite thin so may need a mattress topper as well. I can’t say how comfortable it is because I haven’t slept on it. Looks great quality

Very well made and comfortable but had to put a topper and had Spring mattress upgrade . Looks nice as sofa under the window.paid for unpacking service which was very good and polite
