when unpacked found arm out of shape from packing and has not righted itself.
and the legs/base are darker than shown.

I ordered a3seat sofa and a riser recliner massage chair . 2 days before they arrived I was very ill in hospital. When I was discharged and came home this furniture was stunning . Delivery was arranged within a few hours of placing the order. The chairs arrived within a couple of days, at the agreed time and as described.
The free swatch sample was a very useful service and meant that we were confident that the seats would match our decor before ordering.

We love the items we bought the only issue being the colour on the website is nothing like real life we were expecting cream and there more yellow £250 of cushions sorted it out

My chair is a swivel chair and it's very hard to turn. It doesn't spin at all and I have to stand up to change its position/ turn it. Can't do it while sitting .

Once again another fantastic job this morning delivering my new sofa's the guys were well within the time slot and put them together and put them in place for me. Unfortunately forgot their names 🫣
