Let go as I had a bad back and was to unwell to go to work not treated fairly at all after working at Fulham football club for three years previously, felt like I was treated as just a number and not a person

I had a very difficult experience working here. During my time with this London-based organisation, I experienced what I perceived to be bullying, discrimination, isolation, and inappropriate behaviour from management and the wider team. In my experience, the management approach was often unprofessional and confrontational, which created a challenging and uncomfortable working environment.

When I raised concerns with HR, I did not feel they were properly acknowledged or addressed. It appeared that the organisation prioritised protecting itself rather than supporting staff.

The environment was highly micro-managed. I was expected to carry out tasks I had not been trained for, including basic maintenance duties such as changing soap dispensers, which felt inappropriate for my role. I was also questioned about wanting to leave on time at the end of my working day, and faced regular nitpicking and micromanaging which contributed to an uncomfortable working atmosphere. I encountered comments that I considered inappropriate on more than one occasion.

Following my departure, I requested a reference but did not receive a response, which reinforced my concerns about how staff were treated.

Ultimately, I felt I had no reasonable option but to leave. Based on my experience, I would advise others to approach this workplace with caution.

Il menù è scadente e non equilibrato e la dietista (vegana) inserisce dei piatti ripetitivi e mia figlia si lamenta del pasto freddo… Grazie per l attenzione..

Il Menù non è equilibrato e la pasta arriva sempre incollata e fredda poi quasi sempre mercoledì e venerdì c'è la frittata non sono tanto contenta di questo menù

Il menù non è adeguato per dei bambini ed è molto ripetitivo, la pasta arriva incollata e il sugo è asciutto e pieno di buccia di pomodoro. Arriva tutto freddo e la frittata è troppo asciutta! Grazie per l attenzione...

Sodexo Manresa (hospital general)súper caro y le pedido un bocadillo de tortilla francesa y me dice que tiene que ser de los que tienen ya hechos y que me lo calientan en el microondas y tenía que ser de tortilla de patatas,no iré mas vaya servicio mas malo y muy caro,café con leche y crusan 4'65 y el crusan de panificafora.un asco la verdad pobre el que tenga que hacer las comidas hay mejor que salga fuera que hay muchos bares y restaurantes que a pie se va perfecto .

Il menù proposto per l’asilo nido non è nemmeno lontanamente conforme alle linee guida per una sana alimentazione. Imbarazzante che vengano proposti a dei bambini di un anno dei piatti che non andrebbero bene nemmeno per un adulto. Trovo assurdo che una azienda che si occupa di proporre menù per asili, scuole ecc non faccia affidamento a degli specialisti della nutrizione per proporre dei menù adeguati e allineati con le linee guida nazionali. Così come trovo assurdo che l’ATS permetta a questa azienda di lavorare per delle mense scolastiche.

La comida malisima, las verduras crudas, los fines de semana es aun peor, carne demasiado pasada calamares y croquetas, la fruta pagas como piña el troncho duro. Se come ahi por necesidad, si hubiera mas opciones no iria nadie. Malo y caro.

Je suis hospitalisé dans une clinique du groupe elsan a Toulouse et je ne comprends pas comment on peux prendre un contrat avec ce genre de boîte c'est dégueulasse, tous ça pour faire du profit. C'est honteux honteux honteux.

VIVE CAFE ,Es una cafeteria de barcelona situada en el hospital Valle Hebron que es una pena que no esten los servicios adaptado para personas con minusvalía esto nos hacer ver que todavía tenemos barreras supuestamente no podemos acceder a los servicios esto demuestra discriminación para personas minusvalías lo encuentro lamentables barreras para nosotros

Sodexo pour cMidy! Au lieu de faire simple on part sur des plats improbables et immangeables. Les enfants sont affamés, le peu de fois où c'est correct les portions sont minimes. au final ils se retrouvent avec des cales faim dans leur sac.
Il aurait fallu tester sur les adultes ( qui eux ont d'autres alternatives que la cantine) avant de proposer ça aux enfants . Par contre il n'oublient pas d'inventer des factures revolving . C'est jackpot pour sodexo ce contrat.Gestion dé plo rable ! c'est honteux d'exploiter des familles pour un service qu'on impose , étant donné les temps de pause méridiens et qui se fait au quotient. Pire! réactivité aux problèmes...catastrophique!
PS les avis clients sur Google ont été supprimés bizarrement.(Chuuuut)

Skickar ut falska fakturor. Dom meddelar vid kontalt gång på gång att det ska upphöra men det fortsätter komma, även betalningspåminnelser. Undra hur mycket dom drar in på dessa utan att människor hyr några hjälpmedel. Tydligen sköts faktureringen av ett annat företag (Lowell)

Sodexo Manresa. Precio muy elevado por la cantidad que ponen sobretot el medio menú (y yo soy de comer poco...), muy baja calidad y mal cocinado. No me ha quedado nas remedio que comer en el hospital durante 2 meses.

Ich rate jedem ab, bei Sodexo zu arbeiten, dieser Werbeslogan #MENSCH#, Sollte von Sodexo weggelassen werden. War als Empfangsmitarbeiterin, bei Microsoft Deutschland GmbH, beschäftigt, in Stuttgart - Vaihingen, wurde von diesen sogenannten Microsoft Mitarbeitern behandelt als ob ich ihr ganz persönliches Dienstmädchen bin, sprich das Aschenbrödel. Eine alt eingesessene Kollegin, hat mehrmals hinter meinem Rücken, über mich gegenüber den Microsoft Mitarbeitern, gelästert.

Also ich bin jetzt, bei der Bundeswehr eingestellt worden, als Personalreferentin, verdiene das doppelte Netto jetzt und zum Glück werde ich als "MENSCH" , Nicht mehr wie Dreck behandelt.

Also, überlegt Euch gut, ob ihr als #NICHT Mensch #wirklich bei Sodexo da arbeiten wollt. 😊

I had fried rice with Mongolian shredded chicken at Sodexo's action station at the Umass Medical Center cafeteria. It had more sugar added to it than I would normally consume in a month. It was sweeter than anything I would normally have for dessert. I ditched it after one forkful. If this is a common practice it's no wonder we have a diabetes epidemic in this country.

I work for a company that has nothing to do with catering or cleaning. Sodexo cleaning and catering staff where I work do a super job, the people on the ground the cleaners themselves that is to say. The cleaning staff in particular, the two massive buildings I work in are always spotless. But the management treat them like slaves they have a massive turn around in cleaning and catering staff . I have witnessed on three occasion management and in particular female management at that, lay into cleaning staff, verbally berating them in front of their workmates and other people working in the building (which then kicked of another argument because a member of staff then kicked of about what was happening) its utterly disgracefully and very stressful , and as a manager you should know better. You take people into a separate room and you don't verbalise for that matter. If I worked for Sodexo and got treated like that I would lose my job instantly and said manageress or manager would be of work for a month, shall I say getting better ! . The low pay the cleaners get is terrible and to be treated so disrispectavly and by female management, who we as men keep being told, be kind to women well that works both ways. Sodexo terrible management practices do not go to work for them you will be treated worse than a dog, I know of cleaners sacked for taking a 10 minute break after 4 or 5 hours constant work and mobile phones used by management to photograph said cleaners sitting down. This is GB we are not slave state or a 3rd world country how can this be aloud . Trustpilot can we please have a half star or a no star award please .
