Scam, never receives any product.

There is no sockwa.
I backed on Kickstarter. Was supposed to be delivered June 2021. No updates since Dec 20th, 2021. Project is currently deactivated by Kickstarter. The fact that a website is up selling a product that doesn't exist is despicable.

As so many others have mentioned, this is a scam company, having promised a product on Kickstarter and then simply evaporating with all the money once it had been collected.

Another scam victim. I backed the X10 project and will never see that money again. As a result I will go out of my way to direct anyone I talk to about minimalist shoes to avoid this brand at all costs.

Incredibly poor service, likely a SCAM. I supported through kickstarter and the company has taken hundreds of thousands of $ from people, not provided any product and then gone silent refusing to respond to anyone who queries it.

This is a fake company. Do not trust. You may never get what you pay for. They scammed Kickstarter backers out of $300,000 then disappeared. They have pictures of fake merchandise and fake customer reviews to get money then run.

Rip-off who grifted thousands of people on Kickstarter by disappearing after collecting the funds. Refused to communicate with anyone. Don’t buy from a scam artist because you’ll never get support after he gets your money. You may not even get merchandise.

This company has ripped off not only myself, but many others thru their apparently fraudulent Kickstarter campaign. All requests for updates and communication have been ignored. They refuse to refund the money and I would hate to see anyone else get swindled.

Pledged on Kickstarter and never fulfilled the order and stopped all communication

I decided to back their Kickstarter and then two weeks later changed my mind and went to cancel, only to find that they had closed the project early (that very day.) I contacted the owner of Sockwa, Patrick Malleret, and he told me that as soon as they had the funding from Kickstarter they would refund me. I kept following up with him month after month he strung me along promising me that he'd get me my money back.
Then suddenly he stonewalled. No one got their money back, no one got a product. Updates stopped happening I never even received a pledge manager survey to get information from me.
He did a campaign on Kickstarter and Indiegogo and the comment sections are nearly identical. People are feeling duped.

Order a product that was never fulfilled. No communication from the company or contacts at all. Just seemed to take the money and run.

Blatant scam. Patrick and his team basically took our money and just conveniently decided never to make good on the delivery of his product.

Do NOT give this company any money!

Full scam company. Do not buy. Took almost $200 and I got nothing. Nothing. Not one thing. Not even a reason as to why we got nothing. It was 100% just a scam.

Never send money to this company. Not only did they steal $300K via Kickstarter, Patrick Malleret had the gaul to attempt to ask for an additional $25 on shipping before disappearing forever! Luckily we were all onto the nonsense by then.

Scam company, avoid at all costs.

Backed them on kickstarter. They took the money and ran. No updates for over 6 months, no responses to emails. Clearly dodgy. Do not trust them. Do not give them any money

Blatant thief. Shouldn't be trusted to make efforts to deliver anything related to a product after collecting money. Avoid at all costs.

Alas. This was a rip off. Do not trust your money to these folks
