I’ve ordered from this company before, several times when they were in New York and from California last fall. Everything was great , candy was just as good as in Sweden.This time ,however, the raspberry boats(a Classic) and the gelee raspberry gum drops were tasteless. Nothing at all to special order, I got over 3 pounds for Christmas and parties. No flavor, I think they must have come from China or some place with cheap labor. So very disappointed! Am going to Sweden in June and will stock up. My advice is don’t waste ur money on these two classic candies!

This company is an absolute scam. They take your order and your money, never deliver, never respond to a single email, and then when you file with your credit card company they create a shipping label to give the appearance that your order will be shipped (but never does). 2 months later and nothing but a pending credit card charge and credit.

I placed an order in the beginning for March for candy for my kids for Easter. When I had not heard anything outside the charge to my card, which was immediate, I reached out for information regarding my order. I have now sent THREE unanswered emails to customer care and am getting very upset. Their products are not cheap, and I have ordered from other similar companies that while the shipping time was long they at least responded to communications.

It's bad enough that they take forever to fill orders... Try getting a refund once you've canceled an order and see how long that takes... It's ridiculous... The have a refund process that they'll claim to initiate, but then nothing happens... A retailer can make a credit card refund that will show-up as pending nearly instantaneously... Wow...
