My Instagram account was blocked because of Social Buddy services.
Well, it started with me reading the reviews about them on different websites and everything seemed to be just fine, so I decided to give it a go. First of all, yes, they do the "mass following/ mass liking" as they claim and they do it with real humans beings. After 3 weeks and several days my Instagram account was blocked. Instagram stated the following reason "violation of the rules: mass following, mass liking", so I wrote to the Social Buddy support chat. The person named Theo copy passed the answer 2 times, that had nothing to do with my problem actually, then he/she said that they will redirect my problem to the IT team. After one week I decided to ask, whether they have any news for me. Their answer, in short was "We are not responsible for anything, go and contact Instagram, we have thousands of other clients and you are the one, whose account was blocked"
To keep the story short, I wrote this review to tell you, just in case you don't want to loose your account, do not use the services of Social Buddy.

We were able to double your followers in a short amount of time. Then your account was locked by instagram, not because of our service, but because you did not have a mobile number associated with the account nor could you access the email.
IG is recently requiring verification to make sure accounts are not fakes. So you should make sure your info is always up to date so you can verify your account. This is the same for any social platform or website.
Terrible customer service.

Hi Korrin. I know you had two accounts running with us. One was doing great and the other was slow to grow. we tried to work with you as best we could to optimize, but you had only signed up a few days prior and all account must go through a warm up phase the first week. We only do things slow and steady, we do not "give" you thousands of followers over night. There are plenty of services out there that you can buy fakes from. We were just not the right fit for your immediate needs.
I feel our support team did a great job trying to help you, but you wanted too much too fast and we can't deliver that.
Its not really bad customer service, I believe you just signed up for a service that wasn't what you wanted.
Exceeded Expectations.
Really pleased with the performance of this service. Gained 1200 followers in a month’s time. Real increase in engagement too. It’s steady, slow growth... So don’t expect 5K followers overnight. Couldn’t be happier!

Been using social Buddy for about a month and I’m so happy with the results so far! My followers have increased largely, as well as my engagement. I’m so impressed. They are constantly on top of unfollowing accounts that don’t follow back and I couldn’t be happier. I was a bit hesitant at first if it was legit, but I couldn’t be happier so far!

The only way to get real followers...
I found it very hard to grow my IG account on my own. Even with posting everyday and commenting I was still having trouble gaining new quality followers. I decided to give SocialBuddy a try. Within the first month my followers were growing more quickly than anything I was able to do on my own. And because the followers I was gaining were targeted and interested in my music I was able to get gigs and also gain more followers organically as well. I highly recommend these guys!

SCAM
SCAM! I signed up two weeks ago and after no activity on my account for the full two weeks, requested a refund. They sent me fake growth statistics that does not match up with my Instagram's Insights and said they will not refund. After requesting a refund several times and getting denied every time, I decided to write a review because they are clearly running a scam. Do not use this service!
REPLY: None of your stats match anything near what my Instagram Insights shows, nor does it show that my account has been actively doing what you claim your programme does, so someone is lying. Prior to knowing that I'd bought followers, you sent me your inflated stats, playing it off as if your programme was responsible for this growth, then when I told you I'd bought followers, you call me trashy. Very professional business you run there 👌

Our service helped you grow by 40-60 per day and you were only two weeks into the campaign! That is a good start.
You just wanted too much too fast.
Then you got impatient and bought 500+ fake followers from viralrace as you told us yourself and can see in the stats link below. (Straight from IG)
We only do real and organic growth and we were delivering exactly that.
When we mentioned the fakes you got mad.
Instagram will penalize your account for this at some point and it’s trashy to buy fakes then claim to be an influencer.
We do offer refunds if we can’t deliver service. In this case you were getting results so it’s not clear why a refund would be warranted.

Wouldn't recommend if you care about quality of followers
I decided to give Social Buddy a go after my instagram growth plateaued (and even went the other way) however the service was not helpful to me. The only method used is follow/unfollow which Instagram are known to not like, and they followed a load of profiles which have absolutely nothing to do with my niche at all, despite me giving them accounts extremely similar to mine to target those kind of followers. I now have a load of Middle Eastern and Indian accounts (mainly men) following my fitness account. Not at all helpful, would not recommend if you care about quality of followers. The customer support was pretty good though and they cancelled my account with no issues.

Social Buddy is amazing. My restaurant has been using their service for a few years, and have gone from 3,000 followers to over 17,000 and counting. Their customer service is great, and they are very accessible to any questions or concerns. It is also a very affordable service. Highly recommend.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS experience…
Absolutely horrendous experience with this company. They never once reached out. I reached out to them to check in on my account health and growth. They only went on my account once a week or less. I lost over 200 followers and I happened to change my password a few weeks into their service and forgot to mention it. My CSM Theo never reached out. So it was very obvious they were not even going on my account even after I changed my password. This company clearly does not care about their clients

I count 35 email exchanges with you starting on day 1 of your subscription June 18 almost daily until today. I’m not sure why you would say you never heard from us. I feel like we were bff pen pals for a few weeks.
I’m not sure what else you wanted us to do?
Right away there were issues with your account as you were constantly disconnecting our app. Our system would constantly send you emails asking you to reconnect.
Like I mentioned our service is software. We don’t have random people signing into your account from their phones. So it’s usually connected but sometimes the app needs to reconnect or you can disconnect it. Also their might not be any logins during a week if it’s still connected.
Technology is fickle and people are too. So in this case it wasn’t a great match and things were not going the direction we all would like.
We were glad to give a full refund. So I’m not sure why you are still so angry.
We have thousands of clients and unfortunately a few here and there have issues.
I feel our team handle your Increasingly aggressive communications in a professional manner and kept their cool.

Hi. We don’t think it’s fair to give us a bad review since you were never actually able to use our service and we gave you a full refund.
For our service to work you need to connect your IG account to our app. You/we tried many times to connect but it didn’t happen. Not your fault or ours, just didn’t get to start your campaign. So we were glad to cancel and refund.
I hope you would consider removing this review as you were not able to use our services and experience it.

Fast, natural growth!

I have tried a couple other services and I would get blocked multiple times a month - have not had this issue with social buddy.
Their customer service is also great. All-around, has been a safe & natural way for me to grow my instagram.

When signing up they tell you there’s a “warm up” process that takes 5-7 days. During the first 5 days they didn’t even try to access my account. On the 8th day I emailed and asked why there still hasn’t been any activity on my account. They claim that they follow people for you in order to get followers back, there was no such activity after 8 days. So, after emailing them “Theo” kept replying that there’s a “warm up process” of 5-7 days, but it had already been 8(!!) days and I received the same answer three times. He then asked if I wanted a refund, and I answered that I did NOT want a refund, I wanted to know when the service would start. They sent me a refund anyway and then said that “we can’t get on the same page”.
Sooooooo unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
Only good thing is they sent the money back.

I think you misunderstand what a scam is.
We have thousands of happy customers, but once in a while we have trouble connecting to an account. We try multiple times and methods but for some reason it doesn’t work.
That’s why we issued you a FULL refund.
A scam, as you called it, would be taking your money, not delivering and not giving you a refund.
Instead we are professionals and know that we would rather refund than take your money if we can’t connect.
We are happy with the way we handled your situation and sorry you feel as though you need to write a bad review even though we treated you professionally.
