For anyone thinking they need help to reduce or stop with alcohol you have to join Sober Flourish. I was a grey area drinker (not knowing what one was until I joined Sober Flourish). I joined the Dry January challenge and am now almost 5 months without a drink. Jodi and the community of like minded women are amazing. Such a safe space to share your thoughts and issues, sometimes things you don’t want your nearest to know. Nobody judges, we have all been there. If you are unsure or sitting on the fence just bite the bullet and join, you really won’t regret it 🙌

Sober Flourish is the most amazing, supportive group full of like minded people on the same or a similar journey and who all get it. Jodi is so supportive and provides a mountain of resources, calls, yoga, the list is endless. I know this won’t be the end for me and if you are thinking about joining…. Do it! U will feel incredible x

This group was exactly what I needed! I’d followed Jodi for several months on IG before I had the courage to sign up for the SF program. I am SO glad I did! It’s been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made for my health, my mental health, and my life. I started with SF’s Dry January program, and continued to explore sobriety. I’m now 43 days alcohol free, and I intend to keep going! I feel so much clearer without alcohol. I’m facing things I’ve stuffed away for years. I’m exercising and strength training regularly. I’m not waking up embarrassed, dehydrated, and sad. I’m sleeping through the night and not waking up halfway through with an anxiety I can’t quite name.

The ladies in the group were all so lovely, and I was encouraged and inspired by them all.

Thank you to Jodi and Sober Flourish. If you’re hoping to make changes in your life around alcohol, I can’t recommend this program enough!

Jodi’s 100 days programme is great! She has built something amazing. It’s an inclusive and encouraging community. There’s load of resources to go through and plenty of guest speakers which have opened my eyes and mind to different wellness mechanisms. Jodi is a constant cheerleader for the group and is very genuine. I’ve tried many times to stop drinking and this is the first time I’ve had any success!

A fantastic, extremely organised professional approach. I loved the variety of guests and breadth of experience that was shared in such a positive, relatable way. Amazing bank of resources to pick and choose from, highly recommended.

For someone who has done dry January and other stints of sobriety before I must stress the difference being part of Jodi’s group has made. This time around has gone quicker and with more ease. Jodi holds a safe space, and facilitates open communication and link up with others in the group. Jodi’s approach is laid back, non judgement, kind and supportive. Although there is structure there is also the freedom to reach out if need be for additional, personalised support. For any females considering accessing support around their alcohol use then I can highly recommend Jodi as I’m sure she will have a plan of action to fit your needs.

Dry January has been such an enjoyable month thanks to Jodi and the community she created! Thank you so much. I have done it before but never had the right mindset, this time I have felt supported and found ways to enjoy myself without alcohol. I’ve been working with Jodi since April 24 and she was key in helping me overcome a lot of my limiting beliefs around alcohol. I managed to quit fully for over 200 days. I decided to join the Dry January group for additional community support and it was a fantastic opportunity to meet other likeminded women on their sober journey. Would highly recommend!

Jodie has something pretty unique here, I know she’s not the only sober coach out there but Jodie herself is the special part. Jodie is ‘just one off us’ she completely keeps you on track and has a vast library of tools to help you see the bigger picture. Jodi’s program has helped me do what I never could on my own: go 100 days without alcohol.

Jodi’s program and all of the women that she has in it have helped me so much on my alcohol free journey. I would highly recommend Josi’s program if you want to give up alcohol but have no idea where to start. Giving up alcohol is incredibly difficult and you don’t have to do it alone!

After being 'sober curious' for some time and following Jodie on Instagram I decided to join her Sober October programme. I wasn't thinking about beyond October 31st. The resources and community that Sober Flourish has given me have been truly transformative. It has provided a safe space to share my experiences, and be curious with a wonderful group of like minded ladies. There's an abundance of book recommendations, guest speakers, group calls, group coaching, webinars etc to get you on track. Jodie guides you along the way, with knowledge, experience, authority and compassion. She understands and listens and has really helped me begin to 'unpack' a lot of thought processes and my relationship with alcohol. I am re-discovering my true self. Thank you
