excellent communication bought Jerry Garcia David Grisman Mofi vinyl that has been out of print for so long. I thought id email before to make sure it was In stock got back to me straight away ! orderd vinyl came in two days and was packed so good I couldn't believe it ! double box and bubble wrap excellent store

Very poor service. Minimal comms.

Ordered vinyl that was listed for seven days delivery and stayed listed for this time for another two months.

I started a visa dispute and the day after it was given I got a shipping notification.

When I informed them that I’d got a refund, miraculously they could get the shipping company to return the item.

It’s a Shame as they had a couple of records I haven’t seen listed in other places and would have ordered. Probably not in stock though.

Buyer beware.

Found record for £5 less same day I got refund.

Vinyl selling should be an easy business. Not for these though.

Great comms and great service, was apprehensive due to past reviews but emailed ahead of my order and the service was prompt and great, took the punt thinking it would be fine and it was! items arrived packaged well and as described... would go to again 100% (and probably will shortly)

I had concerns prior to buying two Blue Note Tone Ports after reading some of the reviews but really shouldn’t have worried. Records arrived in high quality packaging and in pristine condition! Highly recommended!

I ordered an LP not available elsewhere in the UK and 7 days later I have it. Exceptionally well packaged and in perfect condition. The only reasons I have not scored 5 are: awkward purchasing process and zero communication after purchase (not even a despatch notification). Having read the reviews on here I had resigned myself to losing my money but in this case, No. I am a satisfied customer.

The most bizzare experience I have had with any online retailer. Ordered goods, won't go into detail but worth well over £200. 16 emails, a phone call, and missed collection his end. 1 month from the date of order the goods arrived and I'm satisfied with my purchase. But customer service is horrendous to say the least. Can't work out if its deliberate once you've paid or just disorganised.

Ordered a phono stage £97 but realized it won't arrive soon enough, now I can't get hold of anyone to cancel

I note a good number of negative reviews and I can only rate my own experience. Long since deleted MSFL vinyl. Advertised as in stock and sealed at a very decent price - arrived today , less than a week from order in pristine condition. Big +ve.

I have just received my second order with this company and I have to say I’m 100% satisfied. As has been said already the packaging is second to none. They have a huge selection of vinyl and I have recently picked up 4 hard to find Jazz albums all came within a few days of ordering as these were “In stock”. I will definitely be using this company in future. Recommend.

I can only speak as I find. I order audiophile vinyl marked “in stock”. SN Audio prices are very competitive and the packing is second-to-none. Mr Nangle uses cardboard corner protectors additional to robust mailers. He is one of the few mail order suppliers whose vinyl is protected in this way from dinked sleeves. My items usually arrive 2-3 days after ordering. Those who order items not in stock risk record company/supplier issues not of Mr Nangle’s making. My experience of buying from this seller(someone I do not know personally!) has been very positive.

I really did not want to do this as I actually spoke to Alex/Scott a few months ago and we had a Wonderful conversation on a Saturday afternoon. I been waiting since 9th December 2021 for 4 albums and inner sleeves. Email coms has been seriously limited I have had to be the one to initialise contact every time. He very rarely appears to use e-mail. I happily support small business, however in truth I was refunded for 2 albums with no explanation. I was unaware of this as there was no email comms again.I have called and chased this guy to no available until today. Stating that my order was shipped in march and tracking info sent to me. Real talk there is no truth in this, I have lost money, I have no goods as in records and I will have to raise dispute with the card. He has never sent me proof of anything. This is not a rant this is pure facts. I have been so cool with you. Now you really need to sort it out. If you have made a mistake own up?

Yet another one star review…. Should have learnt from my previous poor experience in 2019 with this guy. Tried to deal again due to a record sold out everywhere else but with snvynil showing as in stock (3 green bars)…. Placed order and asked for confirmation of stock. Had to email again in order to chase invoice after 10 days, reply ignored question re stock and sent invoice. Tried again with an email re record being in stock but again responded with invoice only. Left with conclusion he did not have stock..... I had problems with this dealer in 2019, and failed to learn… won’t happen again. I’d urge all to AVOID.

Can someone give me a contact number for this company. Paid £36 for a stylus, not arrived. 3 months now, no response to email, phone number on website not working.

Ordered 2 vinyl records from snvinyl.co.uk. One arrived damaged, the sleeve was torn across the spine quite significantly. The other record was defective, with considerable scratches and surface noise.

Informed the seller only to be told that records move around during transit and that the damaged records were a direct result of this?!?!

I requested to cancel my order but received no further correspondence. There was no confirmation from the seller that he'd accept culpability or that he would issue a refund once records were returned.

I sent records back regardless, tracked and signed. Two days later the tracking number showed delivered and signed for so he obviously got the records back.

I heard nothing from him and after a considerable time I raised a dispute at the bank. What a farce!

I just don't understand how someone is OK with running a business like that. He is certainly fast when it comes to fulfilling your order, but if you have any problems thereafter, be prepared to wait a long time and to go through a number of hassles, wasting and losing time that you'll never get back.

I would definitely recommend anyone considering to buy from snvinyl to go some place else. I wish I had done a bit of research before buying from this guy. As it turns out, after reading reviews about snvinyl, a number of his customers have had similar if not worse experiences.

Very immature and poor approach to doing business. Avoid snvinyl!

Some time ago I ordered a vinyl record.
This worked perfectly, no problems, fast delivery, perfect condition.
So ... ordered a cartridge, he took the money immediately, however no delivery at all.
Two months later, after several emails from my side, 2 of which were answered with obvious after reading this page, standard response.
So I contacted my bank, it took a while but got my money back.
Obviously, vinyl sales work, but nothing else.
Given that only vinyl customers give a fully approved grade, no others.
Shut him down ...

What you need to know: it’s going to be zero communication and appear like a scam. I kept ringing the number and eventually got through to a very efficient and professional Scott Nangle. He exists, he’s trading. He had posted my order already.

Thanks Scott. Just received my Bob Dylan Blonde on Blonde MOFI Three LP Box set. Exceptionally well packed and in perfect sealed condition. SN Vinyl must be the only dealer in Europe to have this in stock. My orders always arrive and Scott always answers my email inquiries. Please remember the delays on vinyl production and deliveries worldwide especially on the audiophile AAA items that Scott sells.

Avoid this guy. Received a damaged 4LP boxset and after 8 months it's still unresolved. Snvinyl were informed of the issue on day of receipt. Terrible communication and lots of contradictory and misleading information (all backed up by a comprehensive email trail). I have wasted a lot of time chasing this guy. He eventually agreed to refund the item. The item has been returned (tracking to prove this) and he hasn't refunded. I'm now over £160 out of pocket and no refund. This review will be be amended if/when a refund is received.

Definitely one to avoid. Ordered items, no communication, or items, for a month. Eventually got a refund (hence 2 stars not 1) but wasted lots of time.

please do not use this guy, I purchased a Turntable cover November 10th last year and still yet to recieve sole scammer not trader.
